Holiday Inn Auburn, an IHG Hotel

As a platinum elite member I have seen quite a few Holiday Inn expresses. This location is one of the best I have stayed in in quite some time. Clean, quiet, extremely friendly staff, along with a pretty good location. Max’s restaurant, is definitely their hidden gem, and was quite unexpected. Definitely at the top of my list for next time I am in this area.

Clean, spacious rooms, incredibly friendly staff, outdoor pool and hot tub, nice fitness room, and an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel!

This is a nice hotel with a perfect slant view by highway and convenient location. I was there for a business conference and was pleased with service and cleanliness. Stayed there for 3-4 hours. Entrance was good and so was pool area. Seems like reasonable pricing for layovers and temp guest stay.

Attended a training here so only saw the lobby and meeting rooms. Staff were good about refilling water. Very well kept up property

So I stay at the hotel for a wedding. Clean, good size room. Had a fridge and microwave as well, friendly staff wish i could of stayed longer. I checked out the next day and accidentally left my blazer in my room. I was on the plane back to atl. So I called the staff and told them my I left my blazer there. They were so kind to send it back to me. All I had to do was buy a fed ex label. You guys are the best thanks again!

Highly recommend this hotel when passing through the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly, Jose was a pleasure to work with and made us feel very welcomed upon our arrival. Entire grounds and the room were spotless, wish we could have stayed longer than our one short night. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This really was an excellent stay - our only regret was that we only stayed one night here.
The room was super comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with eggs made to order and a delectable set of buffet offerings (the french toast was superb)! The location is perfect, right off the freeway and close to historic Old Town.

We had a beautiful 90yrs old celebration for our beautiful friend and family member there. The food was good and the service.

Very nice hotel they're Really do try to accommodate you and help you and they have an awesome breakfast they got a guy that does miracles with 2 skillets I'd most definitely stay here again

I've seen better setups in HI rooms where they had a second sink and nice lil freebies immediately inside the room door but overall pretty nice. Somewhat upscale vibe, seemed very clean

I hate sleeping in Hotels to be perfectly honest. I never sleep good. And quite mind-blowing I had one of the best nights of sleep ive ever had. And I was on the first floor. Service was great and a simple phone call had food from a neighboring restaurant at my door in 20 minutes.

Super impressed with this hotel and the staff! Matt checked us in and I was blown away by his helpfulness, humor, and really amazing local tips. Highly recommend checking this place out, 5 star hotel in my mind!

The night manager was a shorter Asian gentleman and was absolutely terrible!
My little sister is a cancer patient and her and her husband were harassed all night by the manager and then an unauthorized $500 charge was placed on the account due to a "complaint " which they would not prove and could not because it was absolutely a lie.
Terrible service. This manager should be fired.
Got our bank to refund the $500 but cannot believe my terminally ill sister was treated this way.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Auburn during our recent trip. When I checked in, it was impressed on me over and over that this Holiday Inn was a full service hotel. With that, one would expect those little extras that come with a full service hotel. Not here. We walked into our room and it was no different than a Holiday Inn Express.actually I find the Holiday Inn Express' a little nicer.

We couldn't set the HVAC system to continuous fan for whatever reason, so when the folks next to us arrived back at 2AM one morning, slamming things around and talking loud the fan didn't drown them out. No extra blankets, the pillows sucked.

We did have our dog with us so maybe they put us in a more plain room? Who knows. Next time we visit Auburn, we'll likely stay somewhere else.
