I would like to recommend - The staff are lovely and always happy to help, the hotel is clean, with a great pool and gym and a good location for the flight!
We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it!
We remembered Imelda from our last stay here several years ago and she actually remembered us too! She was the hotel front desk clerk and very welcoming in making us feel “back at home” after we had a very disappointing experience at the LA Hilton-Airport Hotel and left the very next day to come to the Holiday Inn Express LAX, where we should have been all along; honestly, it was a 180 degree turn to full positivity at the Holiday Inn Express LAX. Given that we had a tour at Sofi Stadium later that morning, Imelda went out of her way to get us a room and informed us that we could check in whenever we wanted to; this was around 7: 30 am and our tour was at 10 am; so we went to get our belongings from the Hilton that was definitely not worth what they were charging, and came back here with a true feeling of “relief” because the management and staff at this Holiday Inn Express LAX truly are “customer focused” and make one feels extremely welcome; plus, the exterior and interior is extremely well maintained and cleaned; additionally, the hot continental breakfast is second to none other that I have experienced; it was clearly evident that management and employees take pride in the upkeep of this property; we were very pleased with EVERYTHING; the room was spacious and very clean; natural and room lighting is great; plenty of outlets throughout for charging mobile devices via USB or regular electric socket; the complimentary airport shuttle service was great; definitely would highly recommend this location if visiting the Los Angeles Airport area; you will not be disappointed.
This would be my first choice for airport hotels. They don't ding your wallet for overnight parking and offer a great breakfast.
We felt safe staying here and it was close to our car rental return. Will stay here again.
Pleasant stay. Liked having a shuttle to the airport. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Nice having a hot breakfast available.

They ne'er fail Maine on my high expectations from the area to accommodations.thanks such a lot to all or any of you! Staff friendly, room clean, breakfast quick. Only proplem was waiting a long time for shuttle at airport.
Not really a big fan of this one. It has sum ghetto alley in the back of the hotel which is behind the 7 eleven and sizzler. I stayed here Friday 12/3-12/4 and stayed in a king room facing the back on the 2nd floor. There is always someone blasting loud music to get attention (mostly on purpose) breakfast is limited due to Covid-19 and rooms are barely functional. Shower is dirty with black stains and shower head is broken. You also hear the airplanes fly by as well.
Me and some friends came for a concert and the staff was super helpful. Especially Martha, she was super friendly and helped me and my friends make sure we knew what we were doing!
So comfortable to stay there everything was clear and tidy. Breakfast is perfect to start the day!
Hotel is clean and very friendly staff! Rooms have been updated and hotel is in great shape in a good area. No issues, I would recommend the hotel for family or business. The Breakfast is amazing!
Probably one of the nicer hotels around LAX (and I've stayed at several). Only downside is there's no restaurant/bar inside the hotel but there are some fast options across the street. Otherwise, rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable, a/c works well etc. No issues and we'll likely stay again
