Holiday Inn Express San Francisco-Airport South, an IHG Hotel, Burlingame CA

Great experience great staff. Only complaint is the breakfast isn't made with love. Not the worst I've had at a holiday inn but is was also cold because the spoon holds the containers open a tiny bit and the door to outside is located very close to the kitchen.

Beds were horrible, really need to update the mattresses. Room was clean and probably at the point of a renovation.

I had a room facing the bay. Although the view was better than most hotels I stay at, there seemed to be people hanging out in the parking lot that did not belong at the hotel. The smell of pot was always present outside the hotel at night on the bay side. I would have liked to have my window open for fresh ocean air, but that skunky smell was ever present for 5 days. The room was clean and staff pleasant. Beds were a bit firmer than I like, but, not to an extreme. I was shocked at the water volume in the showers. Usually in California the showers are restricted to a trickle, but these were gloriously generous with water flow. I will come back here on my next business trip to SF.

We just arrived from a long flight. We have been travelling all over the US and we have been staying at holiday in express. Today at this hotel, We were greeted unfriendly by an asian front desk officer named Ray/Ray. He is unlike the front desk officers that we have dealt with at previous hotels. He is so rude! Tried calling the supervisor but staff only says the supervisor is busy and cannot attend to us. He should not be the front of the hotel. Not coming back to this hotel due to this experience.

Nice place to stay, quiet and the bed is comfortable. Nice hot breakfast and a good variety of food. Would stay here again.

I was disappointed at first because I was misdirected by the representative with wrong information that there is no shuttle service and I had to take a Uber for $45 to just go 2 miles down from the airport. Once I reached the hotel, they had a huge chart that showed their schedule for shuttle service. They guy at the front desk had no idea why I was said that no shuttle service. Overall the hotel was nice and the staff in the front desk was friendly.

Great staff. Good location. Renovated, but you can definitely tell it was renovated. Comfortable and would stay again.

My sheets were splattered with blood from previous visitors. Kauhl the managers lackluster attitude could not be worst. It's almost a chauvinist approach, if I were a man or maybe another race I would have received a better response. Very disappointed and past disgusted by this hotel. If you choose to stay here PLEASE, search your full room, seriously there is nothing worst then getting settled in a room to find that you have been exposed to bloodborne pathogens.

The location is closed to SFO airport so it is very strategic place to stay if you have any plan to fly from SFO. It has bay front, the view is the bay, end of airport runway and its bussyness. It is also close to San Fransisco bay trails. The room is good, clean, cozy and comfortable. There is a coffee maker, refrigertor and microwave in the room. Free flow coffee/tea/chocomate available at receiption area. Breakfast also good.

So nice! I really genuinely enjoyed my stay here. The room was lovely, the staff was so nice, and it's very close to the airport. Also the breakfast was a lot better than I thought it was gonna be.

Great budget hotel. Clean and quiet. Staff friendly and accommodating. The bed was super soft and comfortable. We got a king room with a sofa and it was huge! Parking was easy and safe. Keurig coffee maker, microwave and fridge in room. Wish they were pet friendly, thus the 4 stars.

Great hotel, excellent customer service, Stefanie at the front desk was very professional, courteous and friendly. Nice clean rooms. Highly recommend.
