4This place is in need of repairs. Not very clean and the house keeping seems to need improvement. Sofa bed had no sheets, no problem, go to call the front desk, room phone doesn’t work, again not a big deal but frustrating. After awhile the small things just add up to make it an unpleasant experience. The redeeming factor was that the staff were very kind.
The rooms were ok, the construction seems to not been very well done, the floor tilws in the room were cracking and coming up. This building stayed half built for years before Holiday Inn purchased it and finished the construction.
We had a great stay here! Rooms were clean, modern, with very comfy bed and really big bathroom with a tub too. Book direct with hotel, as we did an online booking with another service and that service royally screwed up. The manager at hotel made phone calls to correct the booking error for our daughter's family so that meant a lot as we were there for a family funeral. Also glad for the breakfast, just wish the hours for it were longer.
