Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Elsinore, an IHG Hotel

Service was great! King + living area room was amazing! I think its new owners, new staff, and newly renovated because everything was 5 stars.if im ever in the area, ill be back.

I had booked through expedia and had paid a deposit that they did not acknowledge and advised me to take it up with them. That was the first sign of trouble, next I was told my card declined for the balance, I called my bank who had said they placed a fraud alert via the automated system and if I pushed the star key they could release the hold. I did this several times. I was exhausted and had been traveling for 14 hours. I ended up paying for one night only so that IU could resolve the issues the next morning. I woke up early and called the bank so I could speak to a live person, it seems the first authorization did go through it was the subsequent 3 other attempts that through the card on a fraud hold. So I went to the desk and was told my room was no longer available? I had booked it for 6 days mind you, but they could put me in another room. They charged me more than it was originally for the full 6 days and I had already paid for one of the days. Now if I am going to pay 300 for a Sat I would be expecting to stay at a higher end hotel not the holiday inn. Having said that, it is the small things that matter when you are staying in a hotel. The tub in the shower coating was pealing off, there was no stopper in the sink, the sitting chair was torn and tattered. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I only asked for cleaning service one day only and they didn't make the bed? Just emptied the trash cans? Weird.

Great location, close to many amenities including walking distance to In n Out! Clean and great service

This place is a typical low end hotel. Room was poorly cleaned before we arrived. Found nasty underwear in the closet along with nut shells and Cheetos on the the floor at the edge of the beds.

Holiday Inn Express was a pleasant stay for my small family of 3. The beds were soft and extremely comfortable, I awoke feeling rejuvenated and we decide to stay another night on our way back from our destination. I absolutely love the cleanliness of the entire property (including the rooms and bathroom). Thank you Holiday Inn Express and all the professional friendly staff for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

This one is Great.the front desk staff, both night and morning, are super helpful.
The breakfast was great and the staff kept the dining room clean.
Bed was comfy, pillows were great.
Wish we were staying another night!

Good hotel quiet doing some.renovations but could not tell. Full breakfast that gets served to you due to.covid but alot of options price was reasonable for california

Bed and pillows are highly uncomfortable. I'm stuck here for 2 weeks due to work, I brought 4 devices that their wifi won't connect too. I've just went and bought a fire stick and it won't connect to that either.there is 1 inch gaps under the entrance doors and I've been woken up in the middle of the night by other guests noise since I've been here.but the room service is great so I guess there is that.

As soon as we arrived to the hotel we were greeted by friendly Guest Services rep named John he was extremely friendly and helpful upon checking in. When we got to our room it was about the double size of a regular hotel room which I was very surprised it was very roomy and also very queen beds were comfortable slept really well. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the Lake Elsinore area breakfast had several choices and was very clean and taken care of. I have worked at hotels there are several years so I know how important it is for cleanliness and this was a perfect fit don't hesitate to book if you're as picky as I am haha

I was overcharged $250. After calling daily for three weeks I finally received a call back only to find out they will credit me in points.

Perfect room, not so great breakfast. California needs to be way more sensible with this bear bug protocols.its a bummer

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Refrigerator coffee maker microwave safe and ironing board with iron in rooms, breakfast included, really a pleasant stay at this place

Rooms had stains on carpet bathroom walls scratch up. I heard homeless got to stay here during the COVID. Its to bad.

Great place. Clean and comfortable beds. Rooms are like brand new. Great customer service and good breakfast provided. Military / veteran discounts also! Will be back!
