We had a good stay at this hotel. Everyone was helpful. Hotel and rooms are clean and well kept. TVs are on in the lobby. Great for NFL Sunday. They have computers for guest use. Also wifi is available. Its location is walking distance to the wharf and many other parts of SF. This will be our go to hotel when visiring SF.

We stayed here for 2 nights in November. Hotel was very nice and clean and in a very convenient location. Parking was $58 a night plus tax, but was totally worth it because the parking was secured and we didn't need to worry about car break ins. The hotel is in a good area and close to a lot of things. We didn't need our car the entire trip because we were able to walk to anything we wanted to do or needed. The pier to go to Alcatraz was a 15 minute walk away, and Ghirardelli Square was less than a 10 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and included a big variety. They offered eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and more. We were able to eat in the dining area or take our food back to our room. Vaccines were required to eat in the dining area because the city of San Francisco has a vaccine required currently for indoor dining anywhere in the city. We appreciated this requirement. It was not currently required for anyone under the age of 12. Overall we were very happy with our stay. This will be our go to when we come back to San Francisco.

Great location, clean, AND comfy! I live 25 minutes from the city and I'm telling you.this is a good area for out of towners. My friend visited from IL and this hotel was close to everything for her and her family. I couldn't believe how nice the rooms were for the price.

We got a great deal for parking here via SpotHero - $25 for pretty much the whole day. I totally recommend this place for parking your car safely while you spend you day near the Piers. Very pleasant staff and easy check-in and check-out process for the parking.

Great service! We had ants in my room and they were nice enough to come and clean the room. They offered a Ned room but I told them it's just ants. It's ok to stay in the room. Also I asked for a microwave so I can warm up my newborns bottles and they provide us one.

This has been one of the best experiences at a Holiday Inn I have ever had. I would like to thank Brandy the very nice lady at the front desk. She has been so helpful and has gone out of her way to take care of us.

The holiday inn express and suites is right next to fisherman's wharf, 2 minutes walk to bus tours and a 4 min walk to pier 39 with some great activities for the whole family.

Hotel is as advertised. It is centrally located to such places like Pier 39, Ghirardelli, CVS pharmacy, Safeway, etc. Will book with this hotel again next time.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable whilst the location is excellent. But the breakfast on Wednesday 29th September was disappointing. Dry scrambled eggs and very oily sausages. On Thursday 30th September the breakfast was much better. It appears to be a supervision problem as there was nobody on Wednesday to clean/wipe the dining tables at all.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a place. This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure!

The holiday inn express at fisherman's wharf has the best staff I have ever encountered. They were so kind, friendly and accommodating. They made us feel so welcome after a bad travel day. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is awesome. I will stay there anytime I go to San Francisco.

Busy hotel. One working elevator and the stairs are "for emergency use only" so you get to wait in line for the elevator and crowd in with 8 other people during a covid surge. Sweet. Also no pancake machine at breakfast. Or bacon. It's $58 to vallet park if the garage isn't full (spoiler: it was) or $50 for 24 hours in the garage a couple blocks away. The air conditioning was extremely loud in our room, waking us up all night as it cycled. Probably not an issue most times with sfo weather.

The room was great parking is outrageous we parked on the street and had a broken window to greet us in the morning nothing taken just random violence other than that it's a great spot right there at the Wharf would recommend just be prepared for $65 parking
