Holiday Inn Express & Suites Watsonville, an IHG Hotel

Super clean, with friendly staff and a microwave and small refrigerator in every room. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend highly.

The hotel was nice and clean and everything was in working order, except for the hot water in my room (#101). It's not great to take a luke-warm shower at the end of a long day. Come to find out the next morning, I needed to run the shower on full hot until the tub was full before the water was good enough to get in. In addition, the sink never got hot water.

Also, I had to call the hotel to get my receipt, which I asked the front desk to email me when I checked out. And thanks to the patrons who woke me up at 5am by letting their door slam shut several times and talking at full-volume down the entire hallway. You have a special place in my book.

I know these are all small details and maybe my experience was a one off but I'll probably stay somewhere else next time.

Staff here doesn't recognize membership status and not very friendly. Hotel is cheaply made, towels are hard and scratchy, and breakfast wasn't great.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a chain hotel that offers a free breakfast. Excellent biscuits and gravy along with eggs, bacon, and sausage.

The stay here was very interesting. The homeless are out of control. I heard a lady scream outside while I was trying to sleep. Cherry was very racist as well… not the best stay here. Good food though!

Honest employee’s will keep me coming back, on our recent stay, I left an iPad in our room after we checked out. I wouldn’t have known until I got home. Fortunate enough we received a call from a staff member about my iPad. It is reassuring to know that are still good hearted individuals in this world. Kudos to the wonderful personnel, what would’ve been a stressful surprise, turned out to be an act of kindness GREAT JOB IHG! The employees need outstanding recognition

I stay here several times a month and the staff always remember my name. The rooms are clean and the breakfast opens early.

Sleep is a challenge with noisy intermittent AC unit - even with earplugs. Room amenities were lovely & clean, just missing a place to hang clothes (drawers only). The pool was the perfect place to unwind with the kids. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful (provided earplugs too!). Nice central location for our visit. Breakfast was plentiful - eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and every drink choice you could want without hitting a Starbucks (which was also nearby).

The breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day, and the rooms were clean and welcoming. All employees were very friendly!

An absolutely wonderful stay here. Prime location minutes off of California 1, and with a plethora of restaurants and shops in the immediate area.
Parking was well-lit, albeit a bit sparse but adequate. Clean, quiet, and well-managed, everything a HI Express should be. Also features the newest HI Express modern interiors. Great for families with the indoor pool

I stayed here 03/11 - 03/14 and I got to say it was better and cleaner then I thought the staff was nice enough to upgrade my room from a regular bedroom to a suite since they had availability and it meant a lot because it was my Anniversary. The rooms and hallways are clean and all the Receptionist were very nice. I definitely will be coming back again if I’m ever around the area. Thank you Guys for a Great Experience

Clean and quiet. No issues I would recommend it. Could I really use some coffee by 6 o'clock though.

My experience here at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Watsonville let's say was one for the books. Conveniently next to Nob Hills and a Great Bagel Cafe. The hotel itself has a modern appearance from the inside, Great breakfast and always hot coffee. Spacious Suite with 2 tvs, and a comfy bed. Unfortunately I found 2 roaches in my Refrigerator.apart from that I wanna give Rosa a big Thank you for doing everything she could to help, as my work van was broken into. Lesson learned don't leave anything in your front seats. Please consider this review if your thinking of staying here.
