Holiday Inn & Suites Oakland - Airport, an IHG Hotel

Had a WONDERFUL STAY at this hotel. Enjoyed the spacious room and amenities. It simply couldn't have been better. We used the gym daily in the mornings to start our day. Room service was excellent, and the staff worked hard to keep the room clean. Parking was secure, with a turnstile arrangement for positive traffic management. There is a parking fee for self park, and definitely worth it. I'd stay there again without hesitation. The Oakland Airport is literally minutes away, just down the street. GREAT JOB. I WILL RETURN.

Easy access to Oakland Airport, convenient for that early flight out! Rooms were clean, the cool air conditioner was excellent after a long day out in the hot weather.

Room was updated and clean. Very close to airport and car rental return. Unfortunately, no fault of the hotels, there was a large group of Harley riders. Some started their bikes at 4: 00 a.m, more at 5: 00 a.m. And more at 6: 30. I was on 4th floor and they we loud. Can't imagine being lower and having to listen to that.
Did see a few ants in the bathroom - not an issue but something hotel should be aware of.

For the price they charge, they upsell everything. Shuttle to the airport is $10, parking is $20, coffee is $3. Rooms are nice though.

Perfect location near Oakland Airport with shuttle service to and from. Great restaurant/sports bar in the hotel had wonderful service and food. Very accommodating - highly recommend!

Diamond Sports Bar is great! Awesome spread of TVs and great, personable service. Also the clientele is lively and friendly. Can't complain about the food either!

A+ recommended for sports fans.

Work truck was stolen overnight out of a secured, fenced parking lot with an advertised overnight security guard. Suspicious that the security cameras for the police report were not working that night. Despite staying at this location enough times, to secure a corporate rate, will never send personnel here again. Recommendation - take a ride share to get here if you like your vehicle.

Great spot for flying out of Oakland. Note that the FRONT DESK is who charges you $10 round trip for the airport shuttle. (Tip the drivers they are really prompt) Beds comfortable, room clean and quiet for this location. We had a 4am shuttle to the airport!

Stayed for a week for business. The hotel staff were all very nice friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good each morning. The location was within a secure area. Felt very safe with my vehicle outside.

Not good someone had broken into my work van and took all of my tools I was paying $20 a day for parking and security the property was fenced and they still stole my tools will not stay here ever again

Amazing, clean the bed was so comfortable and the staff were amazing! I left my computer in my room they were nice to bring it to the airport.

Catalyctic converter was stolen from our car, parked from 5/7/22-5/17/22, from a secured, fenced parking lot and advertised with security guard, which we saw when we dropped off our car to park! Hotel Manager said the security camera did not catch the thieves as they might have crawled! Beware if you ever park here!
