Excellent customer service and my son’s dog loves the products. I shared with a few coworkers who now use the products for their pets.

I’ve spent years giving my dog dental sticks from all the major brands (greenies, minties, milk-bone, etc) and her breath remained funky as hell.

A friend of mine recommended the dental sticks from Holistapet and I decided to give them a try with no real expectations of any change.

Not only was I surprised by how quickly her stanky breath faded, but she seemed to like the treats more than the others. (It’s also nice that they’re made with wholesome ingredients, so I worry less about what I’m actually feeding her)

My girlfriend’s cats are pretty young, so we weren’t sure that they really needed CBD chews since they are relatively healthy. I also had never purchased something from Holistapet before, so I was a bit nervous about getting something from them.

I can say after getting my first order on their website, I was pleasantly surprised. The process was smooth, I received the CBD chews pretty quick and we wanted to try before bed as her cats would keep us up at night. Surprisingly they actually seemed a bit more mellow than I thought and her one cat wasn’t scratching at the door which was great.

I’d highly recommend trying out Holistapet. Even if you have a younger cat, we found that it helped them chill out a bit if you are trying to sleep.

I have never experienced their products. Just inquired once a couple years ago. Since then I have been spammed and after talking with their "support" and with BBB and their e-commerce platform, it's clear they will not be changing. At least try and contact Shopify, since they moved over there (they emailed me to resub me to their platform without consent and let me know that is their new service they are using for marketing and sales.

DONT buy from them unless you desire a company to contact you and share your information, never allowing you to be removed from their system nor having any decent discourse.

Honestly, don't buy from them.

Couldn’t have been happier to stumble across Holistapet- their product range and commitment to using only the best ingredients for my pup is admirable. I got the CBD soft chews, oil and treats and to my surprise, my super picky pup can’t get enough of them! Love this company and recommend to all my fellow pups parents.

I have been buying the CBD mobility treats for over a year. They work great on my 11 year old German Shepard. However for the price of these, they should not be broken into pieces. The last 6 shipments have arrived in crumbles. The customer service at Holistapet is pretty nonexistent, and I can’t find these type of CBD biscuits anywhere else, so I will just deal with it! So…5 stars for product effectiveness and 1 star for customer service and product delivery.

Lousy lousy customer service. I was not able to take advantage of their online discount during my last order bc their website was not accepting their own coupon. I contacted them about it and they did not help me out. Now I go online to place another order and their website does not recognize my login or password. I've tried on both my laptop and cell phone with no success. I contacted them about it 7 days ago and never heard back. Holistapet has bad customer service.

HolistaPet has helped my pups stay happy and healthy and I’m so grateful! Their melatonin and cbd products have been super helpful for my more anxious dog. Plus, I love that they give back by supporting charities!

As my dog ages he has become anxious and started suffering with joint pain, he is a puppy at heart so It pained me to see him slow down. I came across HolistaPet and I am so glad I did. It's been a few months now and my little guy has had such an improvement! What really sold me on these products was Fourth of July, it is usually a day when I have to stay home and have him in my arms all night, this year he was so calm! We still stayed home and cuddled but he was not whimpering or anxious.

The products are good, but the customer service is so horrible to the point of actual theft. Once, a monthly order was not delivered but I thought maybe it was my mistake somehow and I didn't investigate. The second time this happened (within a few months) I did investigate and the shipping company told me it was "returned to sender" despite months of delivering to the same address. HolistaPet provided no notification of any error at any point and didn't respond to emails or calls. So now they have the product I bought and my money. I'm not sure what that is if not theft.
Additionally, the online interface has always been glitchy and a pain to deal with. The products seemed alright, but definitely not worth the hassle at this point.

I truly like the product, it has helped my cats be less nervous and
combative. I purchased a twin pack of the CBD 600 for cats when it was buy one get one free, that makes a total of 4 bottles. What I got was 2 single bottles, a $110.00 mistake in
their favor. I have called customer service repeatedly, I have sent emails to customer service repeatedly and gotten no response and no help. I used to recommend them, but no longer will do so Unsure of next move.
So the response was to get in touch with Antuan, sent numerous emails, calls, and 5 days later STILL NOTHING.
2 weeks and counting with no reply, going to call my credit card and see if they can resolve and the Better Business Bureau. Too bad, I have given every opportunity for them to repair trust and they failed. Their reply looked good but they cannot be trusted. BTW I provided all the shipping information, invoice number, my contact information. NO excuse!
Final Update 9/20/23
I tried a few more times to get in touch with customer service with no luck and no response (except the one on this review that makes it seem as though they were going to do something, lol) I called my credit card company and they started an investigation which was resolved by MY card getting me reimbursed.

My dog’s anxiety would get so bad that it was almost impossible to get her out in public or leave her home for a few hours. Thank you HolistaPet for giving me my dog back! With the help of the chews and oil drops my sweet girl is back to enjoying social outings, overcoming separation anxiety and enjoying restful sleep.
Customer service was excellent, you can tell that this company really cares about their customers and their fur babies.

Waited 30 days for the product and never recieved it. The last order took over 14 days to get. Customer Service blamed it on the shipper. I was told once the shipper has the order they have no control. Get a new shipper.

The WORST customer service EVER!
They are good as long as you don't need to talk to someone!
