Pegah is a kind spirit with a gentle soul. Her yoga class is a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation. Personally I observed noticeable changes in my body after practicing yoga and deep breathing techniques with her. Thanks for the great job!
I absolutely recommend Holistic Body to everyone I know. The private yoga class was amazing! It was individualized to my fitness level and had naturopathic approaches incorporated into it, which was totally new to me.
