Convenient location. Decent prices in a touristy location. They accidentally double-charged me for a saddle, and processed the refund over the phone efficiently and easily.

I knew the bike I wanted, so one staff helped me place the order. Another fitted it and answered questions on pickup. Thought they were nice and professional.

Had a broken kickstand. They were kind enough to take my bike right in. My brand of bike is no longer in production, so there weren't any parts available to fix it. The tech found another kickstand and figured out how to install it on my bike. They didn't even charge me! I was begging to pay them! Great customer service

Great place with great customer service. Went to get my niece a bike and they helped her find a nice bike for a fair price. I enjoyed checking out the high end mountain bikes. I never saw electric shifting before. I recommend this bike shop because they have a decent variety of bikes and good customer service.

Guaranteed best selection of bikes on the market available to test ride! We have been customers for over 15 years and are back to buy our 13-year-old his first electric bike! The employees are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We love that if anything goes wrong with the bike there is a team of qualified service professionals to help maintain our warranty from the manufacturer and perform all service maintenance! Great experience highly recommend!

This business has horrible customer service. I was told it was safe to put my phone and belongings in the basket of the bike I was riding and while I was riding the bike it broke off and my phone fell to the floor and the whole screen cracked. They didn’t offer to even waver the bike fee to compensate.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although the place got pretty packed because it was the afternoon after the Coronado Bay Bridge run, they still took the time to discuss the Brompton they had in stock and the features.

Knowledgeable staff describing the features of the bike, folding technique, and different tips how to use a Brompton (using it as a cart and other tips I hadn’t heard before).

Store also had a pretty good stock of Brompton bicycles—I’ve only been to two other places (Chicago) and Holland’s had a greater selection of bikes (A, C line bikes).

I was very impressed when I saw I had received an email to verify that I had in fact made the purchase because I live in a different state than I was having my order shipped to. Malcolm I believe is his name, is the best. I was riding my bike outside and the chain came loose. He over head me screaming on the street from inside the shop, ran out to help. He took my bike in the shop and it was fixed in seconds. Thank you again. Good karma for Holland’s Bicycles, and Malcolm! Will be back.

Fair and reasonable pricing which you wouldn't expect from any business in Coronado. Worth the trip over the bridge, nobody else works on my bike. Easy parking in the alley.
