Holley Property/ Tim Simpson was fantastic to work with. Holley always promptly made any requested repairs. They also were very honest during the move out process and in returning my security deposit. I had a horrible experience with another management company in LA where they were incredibly dishonest and made a bunch of bogus charges after I moved out. It was such a relief this time around when Holley made things so easy and acted honestly and in accordance with the law. Thank you!

The staff are all very kind! There is a lady that notarizes documents, which is great, as my uncle really needed something notarized on short notice.
