A really bad experience with my returns. They always have a disgusting attitude.
I come here often and the customer service is always top notch. Your greeted once you walk in which makes you to feel welcomed. The store is always tidy/ organized and whenever I need help with finding the right size jeans their is always someone to help you. The reward system is also pretty simple and beneficial if you enjoy buying clothes. As of right now I’m a gold member and I get free shipping every time I order online, nice perk of buying clothes here. As well as, reduced prices for all Hollister member from time to time.
I recommend coming to the store, but the only downside is it can very full (long lines) especially when holidays are coming.
The manager here is the worst! Meredith Gattian treated my son with disabilities horribly, he needed to use the restroom and she made it a huge issue and sent us away! I’m trying to get the District manager involved this is wrong!
Had a wonderful experience on both recent visits! All thanks to their extraordinary sales associate (Amo)! Amo was incredible assisting my wife and I with what we were looking for. Amo is very attentive and super friendly. She even entertained our 4 kids! She's wonderful. Management: Make sure you give Amo a raise in her next review! She deserves it!
