If I could rate no stars I would. I had ripped my toe nail a while back after stubbing it, so another salon put powder on it. When I needed a fill, my friends and I met up here. After I picked a gel color, the nail lady told me not to pick that color (giving me an ugly face) and persuaded me into picking a different color lol. Then after she filed down my old gel and the powder from my torn toe nail, she didn’t reapply the clear powder… (even though it was slightly lifting) I thought that was odd and I even asked her. She just said it was fine and put the gel polish over it. Fast forward to a few weeks later that same toe nail began hurting. And after a while I noticed it was inflamed and had puss coming out. I ended up taking the gel off myself to find that my whole toe was infected. Later on I ended up losing my whole toe nail. Because the powder was lifting it ended up trapping water in, and infecting it. Moral of the story won’t be going back.

since she was an employee on another spa my wife and I when she move we decided to followed her and support her new business nut after a couple of years she begins to decline in her service with my wife honestly I just go to this Business because my wife but since holly begins to ghost my wife with a funny excuses we decide to stop and don’t go anymore even many times I got cuts on my toes getting different pedicurest all the time so we hope the best to her and her husband but disloyalty isn’t never appreciated people seems forgotten who support them in dark times

Ben is amazing! Such a gentlemen and amazing service! I wanted to get a gel manicure but Ben had suggested I get a gel builder manicure. It’s suppose to strengthen your nails, add growth, and keep the polish looking amazing. One week later and my nails have not chipped and the color is still great! Normally my nails would have chipped by the now and nails cracked. I am so glad that he saw my struggle and went the extra mile to recommend a product that would help my manicure be long lasting. Thanks again Ben for such great service!

Mani and Pedi all the time Ben has been very helpful and very nice person. Lisa is a great person and always do a very good job.

I am so happy with the service I received at this nail shop. Ana made me feel so special and Ben helped me as well. I am leaving here feeling so relaxed and spoiled. I will for sure be back. My son is autistic and he was here with me having a hard time staying still and the manager was so understanding.

I honestly can't stand this place. The wait is ridiculous, even if you have an appointment. The guy who runs the place should get another job. He's the worse. My granddaughter went there for her first time and they put her in just a little chair instead of a big chair for her pedicure. They didn't soak her feet give her any kind of massage just painted her nails. Super done with that place!

I came in second time to do dip powder on my long natural nails the second day two of them chipped off I went back to get it fixed and they were not even filed to shape. Now most of my nails are short because they keep chipping and I had to file them myself. Never had this happen before

If you’re looking for a good spot to get what you want…this is not it! The employees don’t speak English “supposedly “ they only understand when money talks. The service is not what you ask for, it’s what they want. Explicitly asked them for a specific nail style and they don’t even listen and just want to take your money. Not recommended by me, but be my guest if you want to roll the dice on them.

We planned a girls pedicure last minute & I made the appointment yesterday evening & luckily they were able to take all 4 of us in. We ran 15 minutes late due to an accident in the freeway & we called to let them know & they told us not to worry about it & took us right as soon as we arrived. Everyone was so nice & respectful & my girls were all happy. My 5 year old & 11 year old were taken cared by Lisa & she is so kid friendly. Kept having conversations with them & they were all giggles. I was taken cared by the older man & he took his time with me & I was super relaxed. My friend was being taken cared by Jessica & she as well took her time & made sure she was comfortable at all times. They have relaxing music & the place is clean. Great atmosphere to come & get a relaxing pedicure.

Well I hadn’t gone to do some self care in over a year. Called in to make sure they had a spot. I arrived at 5: 00 was asked to choose a color from the bin. I nodded in agreement. I sat down no more than 10 minutes. Then was asked to go sit at the massaging chairs. I sat down rolled up my leg pants I stated I was getting a regular nail polish pedicure and a powder manicure. They asked which packet I wanted. I went for the deluxe package. She started right away the water was put to a nice warm temperature. Everything was going well. Unfortunately I don’t know is she got distracted or what happens but she was buffering on my big toe where there wasn’t anything on there. At this point she apologizes and tried to hide the fact she cut me. It was been a week and it still has not healed. She then stopped removing the rest of the feet care only massage and put the hot towel and the scrub on. I was trying to stay calm. A male nail tech by the name of David did my manicure. He took his time filing and prepping for the powder manicure. At that point everything just felt rushed. I payed $85 for it all. I haven’t been able to wear anything but sandals.

I love this nail salon. It is my favorite by far. The manicures and acrylics are amazing by Tina and the pedicures are good as well. Highly recommend!

They do ok. This is my first time. I may have to give it another try with someone else. I don’t understand how no one can deliver a thin natural nail. They convince you that no, it will break. They tell you your nail is naturally uneven. Which wasn’t true. She left a lot of the gel x glue under this. Just smoothed it out. But I just don’t want a bulky looking nail. I just can’t seem to find a good nail salon in Riverside.

My nail tech was not friendly. Burned my finger with the nail drill. Shaped my nails uneven. Did not fully take the dip off and make sure my nails were smooth for next application so my nails are all bumpy. Nails started chipping 2 days after. It's only been 5 days and I have had to go get them fix by another place.

I called in to get 2 pedicure services and they were ready when we got there. Our pedicures did not seem rushed which is perfect for me. I'm an instructor for the Manicure program and I was very satisfied with my service and so was my sister in law. I highly recommend it. It's very clean and our overall experience was fantastic.

I love coming here they’re very friendly and I never have to wait even when they’re busy they still make sure to help you if you’re a walk-in. They make sure you’re happy with everything you’re getting and I always leave happy. Ben always checks and makes sure everything is going good. I also love that they are open even on Sundays and I feel so relaxed every time I go!

Nelson (extremely gentle and professional with my new set of nails) and Tiffany (great pedicure) were the best!
