Hollywood Biltmore Apartments, Los Angeles CA

I loved living here. I recently moved out for business reasons but this is my favorite place I lived thus far. The view from my balcony was bliss every morning overlooking the pool and peaking mountains of Runyon canyon. My neighbors were super cool, and parking was easy and secure.

I must say that living in heart of Hollywood was unsettling thinking that it would be noisy but for some reason it was very peaceful within the community area and I’d often forget I’m half a block from the entertaining Hollywood Blvd. The most noise I’d ever hear would be the maintenance team running leaf blowers weekly, and I’m not mad at that because they’re keeping the place clean. I loved bringing company over to get a glimpse of my buildings unique ambiance from the lights in the foyer to the tropical vibe on the way to my unit. Oh, and pool is incredible and easy to access since the units aren’t far from it.

We all know that Hollywood is traffic heavy but getting to and from this place is so easy and once you know the roads and shortcuts, traffic was never an issue unless the Oscars Awards ceremony were around. But even that was awesome because I always had free parking for every cool event in the area and would just walk to the action; including the Hollywood bowl concerts, and movie red carpets, restaurants, and general night life activities. Amazing.

Management, Maria, is on top of everything and very helpful if you need it. As long as you’re doing your part, she is the sweetest building manger ever. Definitely the best I’ve had as a renter in LA, she’s amazing. If I ever had any problems (which was rare) she would get it solved immediately, usually within 12-24 hours if not sooner.

Application, paying rent, and my exit was seamless.

My Living in Hollywood experience was very cool because of this place.

I've been living at the Biltmore for 4 years now. I.cannot imagine a better place to live.if you want to be central and have your own space, They have great studios and 1 bedrooms for a great price considering the great shape the units are in. Everything is super clean. Every time I needed anything management was on point right away. It's a beautiful Oasis in the middle of Hollywood and very safe. Is really quiet and all neighbors are really nice.
Is like living in a hotel with your own kitchen. Since I moved in my studio Wich is really clean and fancy I haven't seen single insect or dirt.
I highly recommend this place, also Maria the manager lives in the.building and she's amazing always making sure all our needs are met.
Feel really safe living here and is beautiful. Highly recommend, you get.so much for the price. Don't imagine my self living anywhere else.

I lived at the Hollywood Biltmore for and year and it is one of the best apartment buildings I have ever rented. Both my unit and property were beautiful. The community was very peaceful with respectful neighbors, which made it a nice place to live. Maria is a great manager who always responded to my emails quickly and is very respectful. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to Hollywood!

During my search for apartments in Los Angeles, I was fortunate enough to come across this gem. Central, convenient, the complex is like an oasis in a buzzing city. Despite what one might think, while inside the complex it is serene. You almost forget that you're right next to Hollywood Blvd. And from the beginning to the end of my lease, my experience with the property manager, Maria, was always pleasant. Wonderful and kind, Maria is quick to respond and handles tenant matters with efficiency. To sum it up, living at the Hollywood Biltmore Apartments was great as it was a comforting place to come home to everyday.

Ok noise? We’re talking the heart of Hollywood here of course there’s some noise but the thing most charming about this historic building is just how quaint and quiet it is! Once you’re inside the building it’s like a fairy tale.
Management has been nothing but considerate and timely for many years.

I love this building. It’s peaceful even though it’s right off the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Can walk to lots of places nearby!
