Extremely wonderful service really from the time I called them on the phone they had my items ready for me when I got to their warehouse they had so many options of everything like really like this team of people at Hollywood DJ is the best music store I bought from they were super friendly, especially with the pricing and everything like look. This spot is really cool.

So my experience with this site has been phenomenal. I ordered the wrong case for my equipment and literally realized it 5 minutes later. I emailed them, they got in contact with me, and were very professional and kind with dealing with my situation. They were able to switch it out for me and charge me the difference due to being a different case. It was an easy and painless process and I really appreciate them being able to get my new gear before the next gig. Hollywood DJ, all the way!

Great company. They have hooked me up every time I've used them. They're able to get things that the bigger stores sell to you on back order and give you no idea when it's coming. Two times now I've gone to Hollywood DJ looking for something that stores sold me on back order and couldn't provide over a month later. They've had it in stock or could get it to me within a day. Would def recommend.

I have been getting my gear from Hollywood Dj for the last couple of years. Good prices and sales offered on the latest gear, fast shipping, and good customer service. I have been in search of a case that is back ordered most places, and called this store to see if it was in stock, as I was going to be in the area the following week. The clerk who helped me was so friendly and, well helpful. He informed me it was not in stock at the store but I could order the item and ship it to the store where they could hold it until I would be able to pick it up. This was a very considerate offer and it is refreshing to have such great customer service. Took a lot of stress off of my plate and it was kind of them to cater to my situation to help me out.
