Terrible experience!

After spending an hour on the line standing on my feet with this heat out, I went in to apply for a real id but was received by a lady who had a very rude, discriminating and unprofessional approach.

If you need a REAL ID and started the process online by uploading all your documents and recieved a confirmation email telling you you'll have an "express experience" and be able to go straight to the appointment line, this location will NOT honor it. They put anyone without an appointment in the stand by line which moves extremely slowly (if at all) because they only honor existing appointments. It doesn't matter if you did the first step online - they will not give you an appointment number when you get here and you'll have to wait on stand by like all the other walk-ins. I don't know if all locations are doing this but be forewarned!

Apparently this branch is appointment only now.you can still try a walk in but it's going to take WAY longer than it needs to be. The person letting people in said to expect a 4 hour wait if you were in the no-appointment line.

Got here 15 mins before my appointment, was told to wait since they were busy after I checked in, I’m 5 months pregnant so the officer outside moved me to an inside waiting area, about an hour passed and I still hadn’t been called, I went to check and the guy that checked me in said he looked for me outside but didn’t bother to look for me in the Inside waiting area. He tried to make me fill out paperwork I already filled out online and I told him it was already done, and he gave me a number and said 5 min which was actually about 30 mins, so his incompetence to do his job and find checked in people cost me a lot of time! I wasn’t hiding! The DMV office isn’t that big!

If you have an appointment make sure you have an appointment because when you arrive you’ll want to be in the appointments line, not the appointments line. Either way you won’t be helped.

Horrible experience today at the DMV Hollywood. Rude examiner, didn't say hello didn't introduce himself, gave horrible feedback to my son and was completely disrespectful. Will never come here again. He should be fired! (and he had terrible BO which stunk up my car for hours!)

Long lines.like out the door and lined up on the sidewalk. Make an appointment and skip the 3hr line and get on the 1 hr line

It’s a crowded DMV (they only issue licenses and IDs by the way!), so it will take some time.especially if you need to take a test. I think you can book an appointment ahead, however. I will add that the staff was not only very nice in every department, but also reasonably efficient! Keep in mind that a hold up in the DMV can just as likely be the result of underprepared citizens; Bring all your required documents and a couple extra just in case. While I only needed either my birth certificate OR my passport, I brought both and actually learned that sometimes the passport can take longer to process. They were happy to have the option to use an alternate document:)

8 months pregnant and the staff provided expedited processing for my driver's license renewal so I didn't have to stand in line for hours. Yes - it still took 2 hours for me to get everything done but people were SUPER nice and attentive. Best DMV experience I've had.

These folks have a very difficult job, (dealing with us every single day after day) it took me about an hour, no complaint here.

I was staying in line for license more then two months ago, and I still didn't get it. Now I come and they say me to stay in line again. Funny. It's not my mistake but their.

I'm just trying to make an appointment. Neither the website nor the phone menu is allowing me to do that!

The Whole DMV STAFF restructure needs to be done. All employees that work here just in comfort zone. Staff will not move at all. 20+ windows and only 6 or 7 actually have officers that once constantly leave their place to joke and cheat chat. Employees don’t realize that there are 100 + people watching them doing nothing. The worst part because they are so slow another 50-60 people stand in line outside in the 100% weather. City officials have to do something. This is unacceptable!

It was a 2 hour wait just to get inside. I was there for 5 hours and got nothing done. Cold, unfriendly staff. All in all, really frustrating experience.

Havent even been inside yet but the lady outside who is telling you whattou keed is very rude mean and unprofessional

One time I was walking through a field and came upon a swarm of bees. I was stung several times including one bee that flew up my nose and stung the inside of it. I spent the next day with my eye swollen shut.

That experience was more enjoyable than going to this DMV.

Waited 4hrs outside in 95° weather. Another 1.5 hrs inside just to get a number. Once I had the number another 2hrs to get my number called.

Tell me another enterprise that functiona like that that is still open. Fite these people.

A standard DMV, extremely long wait line without appointment to 6 hours plus. Really don’t mind considering it’s city living but I have to give 4 stars because the lady working the front area was really rude when I asked questions about my replacement card. I know it’s probably the most frustrating jobs out there but saying “You can complain all you want but they won’t help you” is a litttle harsh, no? I would be grateful if I could work with the employees better.

The employe gave me wrong advice does not know her job sent me to the USCIS twice the supervisor is so bad

If I could give this place a -5 stars I would! They have the worst most laziest service in the world! They need to fire every single dam employee in that office and hire new ones that actually want to work!
