I really loved where we sat at the sisters of mercy concert! We had a couch to ourselves. Our attendant was curtious and very friendly.
The staff here was amazing!

Place has great music and security, but keep an eye out when buying drinks, make sure you don't get overcharged. I purchased one drink and got charged $43. The machine didnt show how much I was being charged. Very disappointed on the integrity of this bartender.

I had my first visit to the Palladium this week. The staff was very on top of the flow of people and safety precautions. The building is so cool on the inside and the audio sounded great. It was insanely loud the night we went but the staff was great at passing out ear protection. Can't wait to go back for another show.

The Hollywood palladium is a great place to enjoy a weekend show. I enjoyed watching Death Grips. The sound system was great. The ac was weak, but it tried. The security was nice enough to give us water once the place got super hot and humid.

Venue is awesome, does not disappoint. My favorite concert to this day was here. The venue is large but also feels intimate and very connected to the stage/performance.

Specific gripe to the woman instructing the flashlight wielding young man, lead by example.

Cool little venue, but if you're going to a sold out show I recommend buying a seat upstairs, the main floor can get seriously crowded! Most of the staff was really cool but there was one particularly rude lady security guard upstairs the night we were there. Love that they have many bar options upstairs and downstairs, really helps with the lines.

This is the worst venue I have ever seen in my life and Ive been here twice so I know it wasn't a fluke now. I used to run Hollywood movie premieres a few blocks away. If I could give the palladium no stars I would. They have a lot of rules and no official website, which is incredibly unprofessional as a baseline. The "rules and guidelines" that can be found in various unofficial places online are inconsistent with one another and not even the same as the rules their psychotic (yes it was that bad) security were enforcing. The staff were all rude and the acoustics in the hall were horrifically designed so that literally no one in the hall could hear the band when they stopped playing to talk because four drunk people (same 4 every time) would go and laugh and scream with the bartender whenever the music stopped. It was a cashless venue which it seemed no one knew until they were inside. The security at the door and inside took that nice comfy idea "at least it is safe" and they instead made a hostile uncomfortable environment where you felt harassed. The woman at one of the bag checks was on a power trip throwing away clear plastic water bottles, opening glasses cases and wallet folds, and checking peoples keys to see if they were too sharp and turning people away for that, she thought she was TSA and actually didn't know what people could or could not have. I watched her get shut down by two of her managers as she tried to turn a girl away for a disassembled vape she had in her wallet. She made such a big deal over that girls vape that no one even searched her properly after the whole thing she just walked in. After that while inside the venue if you looked around you would see tons of security in every direction but still a woman was walking around the crowd leaning over peoples shoulders into their personal space without a mask to see what they had in their hands. The venue allowed our lighsticks by some miracle but because we're savage animals we were not allowed to assemble it like we did at the wiltern. I just saw this exact same group at the wiltern last summer it's overall a better venue with a better staff and a functioning website (they even answer emails) and I hope my artist never goes back to the palladium. If they do I'm not going.

I came to LA to see The Last Rockstars at the Palladium and it was honestly a perfect experience. We had some issues with payment for VIP but a wonderful person named Mauricio did everything he could to help me while I stressed (for no reason) on the plane on the way there.

He made sure we got everything we needed and the VIP seats were perfect and if I ever get to go to a show there again I will 100% do VIP again.

I just bought concert tickets and I thought that I’m past due on writing up a review for this venue. Hollywood Palladium is one of my favorite local concert and events venue. I love seeing GA shows here because you can decide how close or far from the stage you want to be at, at any given moment of the night. I consider it a smaller venue and I enjoy it because you feel like you are emersed into the whole concert experience. Sold out shows tend to be problematic because it tends to get hot and stuffy on the main floor. Word of advice, spend a little bit more and get VIP tickets upstairs whenever they are available. It’s more spacious upstairs in the VIP area and ventilation and AC is better on packed /sold out nights. None of the negatives are a deal breaker because obviously I always keep on returning here.

I saw Iggy Pop, the opening group sounded terrible, and with Iggy Pop it improved, the VIP area is quite deficient and the air conditioning is too strong

Great small venue! The shape brings an intimacy not found in larger LA spots

For concerts (general admission) standing is very bad, suffocating, you can't appreciate the artists, tall people don't let short people see. Very ugly for concerts.

Been coming here for many many years and never had a complaint. However the new security they have is ruining the entire experience. There’s literally no need to walk around screaming at people and shining flashlights directly into their faces. Please train these 21 year old female security guards to stop behaving like children and treat people with respect. This is such a black eye on the Palladium’s reputation.

Great venue for a show. Park somewhere else so you don't have to bother with parking traffic!

Amazing Venue. Bag check did slow down entry to the venue. Recommended to keep things light when attending.

Vini vici show was amazing I truly have no words to explain. Simply breathtaking. The palladium as a venue is beautiful. The only issue is the bathrooms after a while the steps going to the bathrooms get wet and slippery. I've slipped there twice. The staff are friendly and the parking is great.
