The staffs are rude very nasty very lazy, itmade me feel like im not a guest i felt like im a nuisance to the staffs. Spoke to the manager and his worst than the staffs. Never stepping my foot or $$$ at this place go some where else cause the staffs never smiles at this place

Bed bugs. I booked a hotel for two nights. In the morning my sister found bites in her.later we found bedbugs in the bed, at the reception they said that they had a full hotel and they could not change the room, I asked to be cleaned.we had little time to look for a new place, so we decided to stay.the next morning we also found bites.we had to throw away some of the things so as not to bring them home. I still feel like someone is creeping me. Los Angeles is a very beautiful city, I dreamed of seeing it all my life, it's a pity that staying in this hotel ruined my vacation

Well After staying here for the 3 days, let's just say never again. Definitely a place that needs a lot of improvements and mabe some better management or leader ship. If your trying to spend cheap. This is your place. I feel for the amount of money I payed for this place is should have been in way better shape. Now the room it self was just a bad experience. It was definitely your typical bad room experience.no working outlets some of the lights in the room did not work and the bed had holie bed sheets. The remote for the tv was super wack, like the remote did not work properly and it was in bad shape to begin with. The remote buttons doing different things then what the button was supposed to do. Then the walls are paper thin and the door does not have any kinda security safety latch like most hotel rooms have. The one thing I thought was a good about the room was the shower area, nice touch with a flap pad like showe head. That was the only thing I enjoyed about the room.but I can go on, just not what I was expecting for the money I payed. But definitely never be back here again. Again if you wanna pay cheap for a room, this is your place. But if your on vacation and wanna some where actually decent run from there Lesson learned for sure.

The fact that the Beastie Boys filmed "Sabotage" here makes the store cooler than it actually is It was okay, no more, but no less either. The room was a bit battered and smelled a bit musty. Paid in advance via booking and didn't have to pay a cash deposit.

Me and my family booked this hotel and it's been very good there's 2 beds one in the entrance then the other ones in one if the rooms oh and the bathroom is clean and it's 7 minutes away from universal studios also there's food near by like Dennys and McDonald's it's js amazing to me

Horrible customer service owners of The Establishment indicated that if I bring any guests that deposit will be held deposit is $200 or waste of time and money.stay away folks!

My Check In Experience was horrible the wife and husband are the owners. Wife checked me in they only specifically accept cash and the deposit is $200 on top of that I almost paid $400 they needed my mothers ID and my friends ID extremely complicated. The room’s electrical only have of the room works. Secondly check out was extremely complicated as well…. Checkout is at 11a I checked out at 10: 45a made sure the room was neat and clean mind you I was post op day 2 he basically told me and my mom to get out so he can inspect the room very rude and condescending. As he gave me the cash I mentioned to him their customer service was horrible especially with so many policies and the amount of money I paid and required deposit. He then said don’t come back here again. Unbelievable!

The rooms had roaches and hairs on the beds. They denied my cancellation although i showed up thirty minutes after booking and left immediately. I did not stay in any rooms. It was disgusting. Noone should stay here EVER

Really awesome place despite how it may look on the outside. The gentleman that checked us in and out is fantastic and very can-do! Many thanks for your fantastic hospitality! Will return!

Had a great stay here. Rome was exceptional and it was easy check-in and checkout with no hassle getting my deposit back. Definitely worth the price will be staying again.

The room is really dirty, you charge me $400 for this, I want to check out and get my money back, the towels are dirty and even yellow, why do you lie on the website? There are other people's hair on the bed and nothing is clean

A give it a 1 star. This hotel is hideous, gross, disgusting. We would never stay here again and hope none of you do as well. For the $$ we spent the floor was disgusting not cleaned at all. I found hair on the sheets bathroom towels when we first arrived. Dirty walls with blood or some substance on the wall. The shower was gross not cleaned. Barely any lights worked in the room. Room service was provided luckily. If you go on a Friday or Saturday get ready to not have parking. It will be a loud night. The only great thing about this place is the location.

I’m not really an uptight person, this hotel is extremely dirty (used toilet paper roll out, wet foot prints in room, dust/some kind of powder on tables), doors don’t fully close, AC/heater doesn’t work (it’s currently raining hard here in CA) & because I made a complaint and wanted to change rooms they are making me wait outside IN THE RAIN for 1hr until a new room is available. She is saying it’s bc she doesn’t want to clean the room again for the next guest even tho we were in that room for over an hour now & should be cleaned regardless.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - We came to extend the stay as we had cancelled plans and decided to stay an extra night. The lady refused our extended stay with no reason other than she doesn’t want us to stay here. She locked the door so we couldn’t speak to her and walked away. We were locked out our room and she withheld our luggage until eventually she gave us another key to get in to the room. She completely ruined the experience of LA and put a sour mood to the rest of the day. Please avoid if you want somewhere that does not discriminate.

Also, there is long term building work outside so you will definitely be woken up 5am due to noise. The beds are like cardboard and squeak each time you move. The bathroom lights didn’t work and the room smelt very strongly of cigarettes to the point I could not breathe and had to use air freshener. Which is confusing as I requested a non smoking room. Please do not book this place and ruin your time in LA, there are ample places to book on Air bnb and other hotels

Everything was to my satisfaction, except the bed frame. Squeaked so loud, I could not even sit on the bed and breathe without it making terrible noise. So I took it apart and lowered the bed and got a great night's sleep. The folks there were really great, they understood and were very kind. And bonus, you get to smoke in the room. There are still a few places left that make us smokers feel welcome!

It was quite ok. There was no elevator but guy at the reception helped to carry all our bags, which was really nice. There was no way to hang towels or keep soap inside the bathrooms, maybe due to renovation. Very close to the all of attractions.

Beastie Boys filmed “Sabotage” here. Nothing else matters. Really room 205! Rooms are nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Great location. Can’t wait to come back.

I Stood there recently for a concert with my husband and the manager was so nice and welcoming! There is parking and clean rooms and very close to food& shopping & entertainment! Will definitely be coming back again!
