Hollywood Suits, Torrance CA

It's a shame that I have to give them one star when they don't even deserve that. Went in this past weekend with my son to get his suit as he is the main chambelan for his cousin's Quincenera. His is a different suit from the rest of the court. Anyways, we went in there he got measured tried on the suit all looked good. He tried on a black sample shirt to make sure his measurements were correct which also went well. Everything was picked out and ready to go. The Sales guy said he would grab everything and take it to the front. We paid, they wrapped everything out and were on our way. When we got home we ripped opened the packaging to the shirt to hang it little did we know it was completely the wrong size. They gave him two sizes smaller. We confidently opened everything because he had just got measured so we assumed everything was correct. We called and got transferred to the manager where I explained the situation only to find out i would be speaking to a complete disrespectful douche. He said if it's opened it can't be returned. I said I completely understand but this is not our fault, he got measured and tried on the sample and thought we had gotten the size he tried on. He said that was impossible and that he didn't know what to tell me. Again I emphasize we were not aware we were given the wrong size. And we were not even asking for money back we just needed a bigger shirt. Was it our mistake for not double checking yes but we trusted them as we have gave them many business for years (Multiple family quinces & weddings). He said he has had this business for years and they don't do mistakes. Wow. I didn't know i was shopping at God's store. Everyone makes mistakes, stuff happens but it's how you go about it. He gave no damn about customer service. He ended saying well don't know what to tell you and hung up. Horrible service. Horrible owner. Digested by his attitude. Never again.

Rudest and most unhelpful sales employees. Left us hanging multiple times and handed us wrong items each time. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Customer service is severely lacking. I just left and not a single employee greeted us or even acted like we were there to shop. We were not dressed to the 9's but we had money to shop. I don't spend money when I can't get a free hello. 1 star because I have to.

Good value and great products, suits tailored on the spot, good service, highly recommended

Love 'em. 3 quality suits with ties, shirts, socks, belts for under $500. Needed them for business out of the country quickly. Their on site Taylor had all three done by 5pm the same day! Whaaaaaat? !
