This place is wonderful! I went here to get an allergic reaction checked out, and they immediately got me set up, explained my benefits, and before i even had time to finish the paperwork I met with the doctor

After one look he was like "Yep, you have hives, " explained what i may be allergic to, prescribed me an anti inflammatory shot, medication, and an anti itch cream. I got the shot within 5 minutes and bought the medicine at the counter. Best urgent care I've ever been to.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating, they were very helpful and informative on prices, information, my options (because I dont have insurance) and I was seen so quickly I was in and out in 30 minutes

I came here for a mild infection, however they turned me away because they are “privately owned” and I have out of state insurance. My insurance is BlueCross Blue Shield and I found them via my insurance directory as participating providers. I think this reflects the type of business this place is running. I also just happen to work for my health insurance provider, you cannot ask me to be listed if you’re not accepting their form of insurance. I will never go here again regardless of the type of insurance I have and will never recommend to anyone else.

I came to this clinic with abdominal pain for 10 days. Had a very easy time getting helped out by the front office staff who were lovely. When I met the MD he was nice but did not spend much time interviewing me. He immediately diagnosed me with gastroenteritis (food poisoning) even though I did not fit the typical signs such as diarrhea or vomiting. He then prescribed me the anti-biotic Ciprofloxacin which is a very strong antibiotic known to cause tendon issues including Achilles tendon ruptures. Being foolish I didn't realize I was taking Cipro until one day later when I actually read the bottle. When I spoke to the MD over the phone to ask about Cipro side effects, he said that tendon ruptures never happen with Cipro. However, after doing a pubmed search I found several articles that found a higher risk of tendon rupture with those who take Cipro up to 6 months after the last pill is taken. I am a very active person, so the thought that I may have to stop running and jumping for 6 months to avoid a tendon rupture is devastating to me. Worst part is that my abdominal pain did not even get better. I went to second physician who confirmed that Cipro was unnecessary and that I could have been given many other antibiotic options with less side effects. I wish my original medical doctor would have listened to me better and at least warn me about the potential side effects of the medication he was prescribing. I do not believe he is using best evidence based practice and is not giving patient centered care. I would highly recommend avoiding this clinic at all costs.

The doctor and staff are super efficient, patient, and friendly! Especially the front desk ladies, I felt very welcomed when I walked in. They answered all the questions I had and explained very thoroughly. I was in and out within 30 minutes and they also offer select medications on site for reasonable prices, so I saved an extra trip to the pharmacy. Highly recommend going there!

I cut my finger last night chopping onions and I came in this morning to Hollywood urgent care they took care of me in less than 30 minutes. I was in and out with medications and all.
I will be coming back for a follow up today to make sure I do not have an infection.

Hollywood urgent care has been my go to for over 5 years. I bring my children and my husband for their medical needs. The Doctor is very attentive, caring, and compassionate about his job. The nurses are incredibly kind as well.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Made sure any and all questions were answered and I wasn’t left out of the loop. The doctor was very nice and the clinic overall was very clean. Definitely recommend this clinic and will come back here if needed!

Great urgent care center. Walked in around 630PM on a wednesday for symptoms of a UTI. They were so fast and friendly. I handed over my ID, Insurance Card, and a CC to keep on file. While they got the paperwork started, I was already in a room with a nurse or PA (not sure) taking down my symptoms and got me started on a test. While I finished my end of the paperwork, someone from the front desk came to my room to confirm my copay etc.which was very thoughtful because part of the stress of urgent care is not knowing what you need to pay. Doctor Michael A.assisted me and was able to get me a diagnosis and prescription in less than 5 minutes. He was also incredibly kind and made me feel at ease with my diagnosis. I also have to say, I've been to an urgent care center for the same issues in the past and only received a prescription to kill the bacteria, but Doctor Michael was thoughtful enough to include a prescription that would help alleviate the painful symptoms I was experiencing too. I think I was in and out of this place in less than 15 minutes!

This place is great! Pablo is a pro drawing my blood i barley felt it! Came in with my family for antibodies testing and he got all 3 of us. Dr was really friendly and answered all if our questions and clinic was nice roomy and clean definitely will be back!

I came in thinking I would have to wait forever like I normally do at other urgent cares. But I was brought into a room right away they got all my information someone came in right away to take my vitals then the front office came in to tell me my benefits and not more than 4 minutes after the doctor came in. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The clinic was so clean and everyone was wearing a mask I will for sure be coming back here.

They are amazing in this clinic! Super fast and convenient. The office is also very clean. The nurses and Dr.are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this urgent care. No wait and great staff!
