Really impressed by the speedyness of home helpers group. I had been through company after company dragging me along basically waiting time then eventually trying to low ball a way smaller offer. But this company fro. Start to finish wasconsistent, above helpful, very informative and above everything they make you feel like family so just incase your nervous or unsure if you Want to sell or if you have has bad experience with other companies I 100% would recommend alan from home helpers group. Any question, or concern I had he answered it and explained it with a ton of patience. He made my girlfriend and I happy with every conversation and thrilled about the outcome of the sale. I was nervous to make the decision to sell my house. I went with home helpers and the made me feel like a friend from start to finish. They are really caring and stayed in touch answering all my questions from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. They are awesome

Worst realty cold call I've ever received. Take it in this economy and where my house is located. I get at least minimum one cold call a week from some real estate company and I have never refused to speak to anybody but this company to put that in perspective for you. So how could you trust anybody with such a serious business prospect as your home sale? They do not know how to speak to anybody they act like typical cold call phone sellers. I would never trust them with my personal information. Can't get a straight answer out of them. They give you answers like "you can do whatever you like". "It's a free country". How is that start off in a business conversation? And I asked them why would they bring that up in a conversation about business and they would say oh I don't find that offensive. And they called me. I hope to never receive a call from again and if you receive a call from a group called home helpers group I would definitely get off the phone as soon as possible. Very shady. Very unprofessional. All the reviews are fake, probably in the top five worst phone sales calls or received of any type of business.

In response to the owner, again never considering using your service, your cold callers are very unprofessional. They are some of the worst phone salesman I've ever spoken to and that's all they are phone salesman. You should pay more money to get better help. It's not my fault you don't train them properly or hire people that are more competent. And this is a honest, real review. I've never used your company or nor would I ever use your company because of the first contact I have. And if you don't understand that's my perception of first contact from your company then that's your problem. And you thinking you don't have a problem is a problem in itself. Good luck to you. Couldn't imagine ever using your business.

Alan at Home Helpers Group was awesome to work with. This was my first time using a home buying company to sell a home so I was hesitant to proceed. Alan explained everything throughly and the real estate transaction closed as promised. I would definitely use this company again if needed.
