Jordan is a true professional! Our purchase of a beautiful used WRX was flawless. This was my sons first car purchase and Jordan treated him with respect and was very helpful. Great job to the entire Home Motors team!

The only issue I have with this purchase is with Chevrolet and not Home Motors. I ordered this vehicle in August 2021 and it was delivered August 2022. A year is way too long and Chevrolet must address this issue or they will loose customers.

Their service deparment personnel were exceptional from Mr. Bravo to Mr. Jose Perez, it was clear to me that their customers really matter to them. Their auto technicians correctly disgnosed my vehicle and promptly effected all the necessary repairs at an extremely reasonable price. This was greatly appreciated, especially in light of the economic shortfalls that we are experiencing. One thing I fell pressured about. I asked to have cabin and air filter checked. Was told they needed to be changed. I told service writer I’d do it myself. On checking air filter I could tell the filter housing hadn’t been opened by the grime etc.it was fine. I fell I was just oversold without a inspection.

I was very pleased with the service and cost although I was charged for 12 quarts of oil. My truck only holds 10, including filter.

They could not find my paperwork, which i have still not received, did not keep informed on my vehicle and progress with it. Poor service. The service department secretary is very rude and not helpful at all. Main secretary is the most helpful person in the whole building.

Service was not good had the oil changed ask for synthetic did not get it had to call them after 6 hours not happy with the service department went to pick it up and the cashier was the only person to help

While it took a bit of time because of the covid situation and am very pleased with the outcome. The cost was less than expected and the time was less than expected.

The process was so smooth and enjoyable. They had all the paperwork prepared before we came in to sign and it was a breeze, shortest document signing for a vehicle that I’ve experienced. The salesman Jesse was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as was the sales manager Sergio. Will definitely be back

The service writer Mario did an excellent job of getting all of my concerns taken care of in the allotted time.
The cashier took care of the charges & is friendly also, I ask about my friend Amy, who works in the office. Everyone is very caring about me as their customer!

Your service Dept manager Jose Perez came to the rescue. His knowledge of local supply sources allowed him to acquire an important part to finish my service on my 2017 Silverado. They would have had to order it and finish the job the next day. Thanks Jose! Also easing the waiting game was Carlos (Your great customer relations ambassador) he offered me some tasty Mexican pastry to enjoy while I waited. Obviously with supply shortages being what they are, purchasing a vehicle right now is a lot different than it used to be. Buyers hold absolutely no power in negotiations. That being said, Bryan at Home Motors was awesome to work with. I was in the market for a new pickup and found that most dealerships were adding on thousands of dollars to the msrp, not honoring Costco pricing, and making no effort to find the exact truck I was looking for. Bryan and the management at Home Motors offered a fair price, gave me the Costco discount, treated me with nothing but respect, and did a ton of work to get the exact truck I was looking for delivered to their dealership.and still did not make me feel pressured or guilted into purchasing. This is my first time purchasing a Chevy vehicle and I was so impressed with the entire process at Home Motors. Highly recommend.
