Nice hotel with free breakfast.room are very nice with well stocked kitchen minus then stove. The double queen rooms are huge.

Very good hotel, perfect if what you are looking for is a cheap place and very close to Disneyland.

John at the front desk made us feel like VIPs. First impressions mean a lot. He was welcoming and professional. This trip is off to a great start!

I have a business at the Garden Grove area, as a gold tier Hilton Honor member, I think I know quite well about the hotel. The reception lady from the service desk Yasmin is very professional and helpful, she explained all the hotel regulations and policy for me, with a friendly attitude. I will definitely come back to stay.
By the way, the breakfast is great too.

Not a great experience:
- the AC unit was intermittently very loud and woke us up. Maybe failing fan belt causing the rattle? I requested maintenance, but it was loud the next two nights. (posting video with audio).
- the shower had no soap conditioner. Asked for a refill, which did not happen.
- no bedding on the roll out bed. Very slow to resolve.
-I dropped the ice bucket lid, which shattered. My mistake, but $30 is annonlying expensive charge.
-two unsolicited phone calls came through to the room after 10: 45pm, waking us up.
-the TV turned on at 10: 30pm to display my name as the occupant, waking us up.

It's a nice new facility, but maybe still working out some bugs after? We will wait before returning.

Unfortunately this is the last time I staying here, last night the customer service was the worst, the night Audit ruined our stay after being staying here every other week, I never had a problem with the staff the day shift was nice Jonny was super but the night front desk agent need more training. Please have her complete the Hilton customer service training or have her repeat it.
Because our bad experience we see a lot bad stuff in our room carpet stained, trash from previous guest, hair in the bathroom and toilet plugged

Located in a sketchy location. Hilton garden was just $20 more a night in a better location closer to Disneyland. Tried to get my reservation transferred over and management ended up charging me one night for using a knife. I did not end up staying the night or using any towels/etc… again I got charge a whole night for using a utensil by management.

Great location. It’s super close to Disney and a lots of restaurants around. Very clean and welcoming staff. Angeles at the front desk was very sweet and attentive. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Parking fee is 20$ per night here

New building with plenty of availability. The breakfast is better than most continental options. The gym has something for everyone including a peloton.

Here for a conference at the Anaheim convention center. See tons of families here for Disney. Price is reasonable. Staff is awesome. Shout out to Johnny who was so kind and welcoming. Answered all our questions, confirmed reservations for my coworkers so they had an easy check in and was a genuine, kind human being, to everyone.
The breakfast was awesome. Love the sandwiches and omelets. Our room was away from the street and I had no idea how much traffic is right here til I came to the pool. Great spot.

From the moment I entered the lobby, the staff was extremely personable and attentive.
The hotel is newer and very well appointed. I usually stay closer to the park, but I decided to take a risk of being further away. I planned on using a ride share service anyway. The location is convenient for this. The rides were between $10 to $15, including tip.
The room I has was a queen studio with a kitchen. It was neat and clean. Well-appointed mini kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel has a coffee bar and complimentary breakfast included. This is a nice perk, and the quality of the available selections is good.
I'd 100% recommend staying here if you'd like to be a little away from the parks, something a little more quiet and affordable.

Very clean and new. Safe area, easily accessible. One of the workers, Johnny, was very responsive and corrected a small issue with the room later in the evening with a great attitude and did a good job. Hotel will go far with excellent employees like him.

Jon made our stay personable and awesome! 10 stars to him and his customer service! When I'm back in this area I will 100% be coming here to stay! Thank you Jon for making our stay unforgettable!

My family been staying here for a few weeks. All the staffs are very welcoming. I loved the vibe, it feels like my second home. I enjoyed how clean and new everything is. Thank you Jon for some of the laughs. I will miss this place when I check out tomorrow.

We stayed during their first opening weekend. It was very refreshing to stay at this Home2 Suites Garden Grove. It’s a brand-new facility that provides everything you need. Thank you to GM Linda and the staff who greeted us warmly, professionally, and accommodatingly, especially towards my elderly parents. Overall, this new Home2 Suites Garden Grove delivered with comfort, spacious and friendliness.

This Hotel just opened about 2 weeks ago and just upon arrival everything is beautiful & gives a nice home feeling. Jon checked us in and was very friendly, welcoming & informative. The rooms are beautiful & if I'm being honest this tops all the other hotels I've been to & that's including some suites I've stayed in also. Thank you for being kind.

Jon the receptionist is really nice and helpful. He showed me a trick to close the door since the door is a little hard to close. The room is clean. The location is close to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stayed here! Miss Angeles really helped us with our stay and made our visit the BEST! Her warm smile and hospitality was unforgettable. Can't wait to come back:)
