Home2 Suites by Hilton Victorville

This is a great place for an extended stay, or if you need a nice place to stay that you won't be spending much time in. The suites are very clean and comfortable. They have free basic WiFi or you can pay about $4/day for premium WiFi. The showers are large walk-in showers which I personally always appreciate.
The pool is great for young kids but not very practical for anyone else. I enjoyed using the fitness room it have plenty of options for Cardio, there were more than enough clean towels. They are lacking in options for resistance training, but that is par for the course for most of the hotel industry.
There is a small laundry mat in the hotel as well, though I did not use it.
My favorite part about this place was the complementary breakfast. I would describe it as continental+ they have hot options that they bring out freshly throughout the morning from 6am-9am. They also have fresh fruit, bagels pastries, cereal, yogurt along with multiple juice and coffee/tea options. If you are wanting a nice clean place without a lot of amenities or great service this is a great place to stay. Sidenote, the service isn't bad, but you will not find any resort resources or services.

Was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and inviting decor of the hotel and our room. I am now definitely going to look for more Home2 Hotels when I have the need to stay away from home again.

I was concerned staying out of town we had for business, however this place made it pleasurable, everyone was very pleasant and it felt like home. Coffee in the morning along with a full breakfast was awesome. Thank you guys for the A+ experience

Everything about this place is really nice, except the proximity of the front facing rooms to the major freeway 100 yards away and the frontage road right up against the hotel. Probably the hardest night sleep that I've had in a hotel. Stay on the back side and hopefully that'll be better for you.

Came to visit family and brought my doggy. Perfect setup with kitchenette and tables for kids to eat and chill besides just bed. Great that they have indoor heated pool, Perfect for that unpredictable heat in high desert without elements to ruin it. Breakfast was ok, alot of microwave frzn breakfast options but hey it's free. Kids love making their own waffles and conveniently located next to chuckie cheese which the kids loved. Will be back again

The customer service could have been a little bit better
And my question is how someone going to work in a hotel where their are animals that come in but a person cannot deal with it because of their issues

Stayed here for a night while visiting family. Staff was great. Rooms are spacious and be. Super clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable, I actually miss it. There was a desk, large tv, sofa, full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and microwave. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family. It's close to the mall and restaurants too.
Breakfast was great, we made our own waffles, had oatmeal, dried fruit, and sausage egg and cheese biscuit breakfast sandwiches. They have coffee available 24/7.

Easily the nicest hotel in the high desert! We’ve stayed in a lot of places in SoCal and this was top 3 by far!

The girl Is with the long fingernails at the front desk made me wait approximately 5 minutes before she got off the phone to help me and I requested a top floor When I made my reservations the day beforeUnfortunately they gave me the bottom floor and I had a very large person above me Which makes it very hard to rest And the girl at the front desk made me feel like I was bothering her interrupting her Did I feel welcome as a diamond member absolutely not

Very clean hotel and rooms are nicely appointed. I did need to wipe the surfaces with a clorex because it was a little dusty. Bed was firm, which i like. Pillows could have been firmer than they were. Breakfast a bit disappointing as the eggs are the powder, fake eggs. Wish they had real eggs but had the yogurt and fruit. Overall, a great experience.

I love the excellent customer service from the girls at the front desk. Nina is very helpful and just an absolute delight.
It's very rare to find that kind of customer service.
If you are in the Victorville area then this is the Hotel you need to stay.
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

The staff at this hotel is rude and snippy. They made it very clear thru there actions that if you book thru a 3rd party they will give you the worst room. I had called on checkin day to see if I could get an early check in. I was told nothing would be ready till 3pm. When I arrived the first room I received right next to the elevator had an air conditioner that sounded like it was going to blow up so they moved me directly 1 floor down. Housekeeping passed by and I asked when this room was cleaned and she said it was one of the first to be cleaned. Hmmmmm. Glad I had to drive around because you could not be bothered to help. The rest of the trip was more of the same. The hotels elevator inspection is expired so they put signs saying it is in the gm office which is illegal because it is supposed to be posted. But when you ask to see it the gm is never here. Funny how that works. Very disappointed in this hotel. Treating people as second class because of who they book with and putting peoples safety in jeopardy. Shame

Kiddos have snowboarding class in the AM at mt. High and we live in OC so we wanted to stay somewhere a bit closer with indoor pool and breakfast. This was just what we were looking for: kids had so much fun playing in the indoor heated pool and morning breakfast was just perfect for us to grab and go. They had sausage and egg and cheese sandwiches, waffle bar, fruits, baked goods, yogurt and more. They did a great job with designing the room with a fully stocked kitchen we just had to ask front desk for a pan and the electric stove to make dinner. Walmart is around the corner if anything is needed.

Such a great experience! We were greeted by Melanie and she was awesome! We got checked in a little early. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. I reccomend this place 100percent!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was coffee self-service in the room, as well as an abundant complimentary breakfast. The security of the location is very good, and the surrounding parking areas are well-lit.

This is by far the best hotel by Hilton that I have ever stayed at. The employees are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the services are phenomenal. I was helped by Melanie she was so kind and friendly. My coworker and I showed up to the hotel a little early for check-in, and unlike the other hotel, she took the time to check us in. She was friendly, kind, and have an awesome personality. I recommend this place 100 percent
