Since 2021 I live here at Homecoming At Creekside, a lot of change in good way happening here, Pool, Hot tub, Sauna, all renewed or fixed, no smoking policy started this year and it’s really help this community special for children and non smoking people, dogs plastic bags you can find every corner, Grass is in good shape all around.neighbor’s are change too, more family type oriented and hard worker in place!

Social activities at community center has better program, Gym and Friday fruit breakfast

Security watch after work hours and Maintenance are top Service! Any issue of wash machine or garage opener is done in few minutes after you
call.
The most important for me is that, the service is more accessible and presentable in Quality

I like to live here after I mover from Danville, CA (Bay Area) to Sacramento,

My stay at this complex had been okay up until most recently. Besides the issue of an unidentifiable male entering my unit without my permission to enter or notice from the office, I’ve also had non stop issues of pests. From the first week that I moved in I had an ant infestation that went from under my bathroom sink all the way to my kitchen. I’ve recently had issues with cockroaches being in my washing machine, therefore unable to do laundry. The ants have been a non stop issue. I’ve had to throw out a practically brand new bag of cat food worth $70. I’ve had to stay home from work to take care of ants being all over my kitchen and bathroom. When I scheduled a move out inspection I arranged to have a friend home in the time frame provided because I no longer trusted the staff being in my unit alone. They never showed up effectively wasting my friends time and when I had called the office to ensure that no one would enter my unit the phone call got disconnected and when I had called back the staff member who I spoke to was trying to cut me off in my sentence and was generally rude. They also stated I would get an email to reschedule, never did. I have also recently emailed on July 27th regarding the ants and cockroaches in my unit and still have not received a response back. Thank god I’ll be moving out this weekend and my cats can eat in peace and on their normal schedule. I hate to be that person that goes “I pay $xxxx a month” but seriously I pay how much for what? A couple of squatters (the ants and cockroaches) that I can’t evict? Some roommates (again the ants and cockroaches) that don’t help pay rent that can just stay here I guess? At this point you might as well get the ants and cockroaches on the lease.

This company has gone beyond expectations to be there for the tenants. The staff;The amenities; the events.good job homecoming.

We called in for an issue, and he immediately answered and was over within 5 minutes. He solved the issue and was super professional and courteous, a true boss.

Sergio the maintenance guy took care of my AC unit and dryer. He was very professional and prompt. I submited my work order on a Sunday and he was out here within 24 hours to take care of my issues. Thank you Sergio.

I just stopped by the office to grab a cup of coffee and couldn’t resist sharing again how much I LV the Homecoming Team! Thank you Daniella and Hannah for helping me make my first candle last night! If you haven’t tried it, you should it is really easy and you get to take home a gift for yourself or someone else. It’s awesome to see the In-N-Out hamburgers and tamale pick ups on the monthly calendars recently. Seems us residents can’t get enough of them because the line of people goes quickly. I have been here for 10 years and always enjoy showing people my home away from home in the clubhouse, including the gym, pool area, library with fireplace, conference, room, billiards and business office areas. Walking around the park and along the ravine and aquatic center are a community bonus. 10 minutes from the airport 10 minutes to Midtown. -how ideal is this and to be in Natomas! Additionally, shout outs to Daniella, Hannah, Max, Phuong, Tessa, Carolyn and Jordan for always making a person feel welcomed by taking a moment to say hello and listen to us. Sam and the maintenance team, for always being available to take our requests and working to complete them. This is definitely the best all-around team and place to be as a home or away from home. I would like thank Tessa Edmondson one of front leasing office assistant, she very welcoming pleasant to talk to as well very helpful at Homecoming At Creekside. I am also a new Tenant at Homecoming At Creekside and Tessa help walk me through all paperwork work from beginning to end with the most friendliness, patience, time, and effort and mostly dedicated to help make sure she do all she can to see you as one of their residents at Homecoming At Creekside. Casino night was so much fun! Had a blast with my twin sister we played Black Jack Terry was are dealer she was good. They order so much food and drinks and dessert. The staff is amazing at Homecoming at Creekside I love living here.

Cameron, the overnight manager is always helpful when you need him. The whole team is friendly and welcoming and they just hosted an awesome casino night!

Only been here for a few months and I see why people raye it so high, it is clean gated community were I feel like I am a part of. News letters keep me upto date on the activities and I can post as well. Homes here are well taken care of and professional service all the way around.
It is so close to everything like Shopping, Restaurants, Parks with swim center if I need as they have great couple of pools here on site as well as a complete gym.

Love the place lots of room and play area for the children and gated community Love The Staff very hands on very nice when u call they will get the job done if they can if not they will make sure someone will Thank you Again.

Homecoming At Creekside is the place to be! The staff are all very professional & friendly & they work hard to keep the entire complex clean, neat, tidy and, most important, safe! I’ve always had a quick & friendly response when l needed assistance with an issue. Daniella is the Gen Mgr & she is awesome. Recently l had an issue & she was out ill but Max saved the day! It’s nice to know the staff can tackle any problem whether or not the Gen Mgr is on site or not. My family is very happy at Homecoming At Creekside. No. Regrets. None!
