3 Went to pick a piece of furniture I paid for days ago.when employee was ready to help, we found a bad dent on it, i asked if we could get a discount, this very polite young man who was helping called this person who claimed to be one of the store managers.he was SUPER RUDE, he only said "this piece came like this, take it or leave it" I replied, no i took a video when I paid for it, no dents were on it.he said "well take it or leave i said" he went back to the check out area.what an unhappy person i could tell.who wants to paid full price for a piece of furniture with a dent?
honestly based on this terrible experience i will not go back to
the store just because this man. It is funny how managers make companies lose customers
i got my money back.
Why is HomeGoods worse than target? You go in for 1 thing and leave with 12 candles, pillows and 6 pots. Love this place!
Love this store. Wish I had one In my town! Clean, fabulous selection, helpful staff. Always stop when in town! So many cute decorative items.
