I had a good experience with Homeland as far as my call goes, it was late at night and they were the only ones to come out.
Unfortunately my problem was on the Edison side, so I had to wait for Edison. But I highly appreciate the technician Francisco who reached out the next morning to make sure if we were good.
I recommend this company 100%! These guys are on time, professional, reliable, prepared, and very courteous. Alvaro and this teammate (I forgot his name) were true professionals. They didn’t spend any unnecessary time and got the job done quick. The chandelier they hung looks great. Homeland Electric is indeed a 5 star company.
After having issues in the beginning, I spoke with Francisco. He was able to address my concerns and get things back on track.

Homeland Electric installed a mini split a/c in my bedroom. No problem there - they did a great job. The problem comes months later when the unit started leaking water out the vent. I contact Chris, who works for Homeland, to help fix the issue, and he has the WORST communication. I had to ask him at least three different times to help fix the unit, and he finally sends me Albert's number who helped install the unit initially. I contact Albert, and after I explain the issue, he says he would check back in with me the following week. Next week comes, and he has completely ghosted me, and I can see that he read my messages because he has read receipts turned on. I then contact Chris again who tells me to contact an A/C company to get the job done. That's what they should've told me in the beginning instead of wasting my time.
