Customer service was great. I was buying my first car and I was nervous about getting scammed but they proved to me that not all dealerships are shady. I loved working with Sebastian and for financial Mike was really funny and helpful! Would definitely recommend these guys!

I always have a great experience in the service department here with kind and helpful employees, great service and conveniences like free shuttle rides, a comfortable place to wait, and drinks and snacks. Prices aren't outrageous and everything is explained in detail.

I bought a pre-owned Honda certified CRV. When test driving it with my mom and Sales Consultant, Matthew Lee, she asked why the car was making a loud noise. He stated it was because the car/engine was a 2013. Turns out Matthew Lee sold me a car with the a right rear bearing that was broken. So much for it being Honda certified.
We had a great experience with the sale guy name Julio. Harold the "G. M" was very helpful by replacing the windshield due to the fact that they sold the car with a bad windshield scrape. Thank you Honda North.
They lost a part of my car and had to keep it an extra two days, and STILL HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME A SERVICE FEE! Didn't offer a rental, didn't offer any compensation for two days without a car due to their incompetence. Will be calling the Bureau of Automotive Repair, consumer affairs, and filing a claim for lost wages.worst part is the manager on duty was the one who helped me and didn't do anything. RON KIRBY is a complete joke. I'll see you guys in court.
I was a little frustrated to learn that the battery in the car when it does not carry the same warranty as it does when I buy it after-the-fact. But otherwise the service was great.
My daughter's Civic died suddenly after the car alarm had been set off. Lewis helped us problem solve and it ended up being the battery. It was almost closing time but he got us in. Can't thank him enough! Great service!

Awesome customer service. Took my car in to get serviced. They did an oil change and tire rotation. I bought the maintenance through the dealership I bought my car and I thought it was going to be a headache getting everything straight but Armen, who was the person that helped me made everything super easy for me. Great customer service!
Been bringing my vehicle here for several years, so far no problems.
11/2018 Update: Went in to replace my bumper and an alternator. I was impressed with/the amazing paint/detail work on the bumper. Great customer service from Giovanni. Always helpful, knowledgeable, keeps me up to date on my vehicle.
2 stars off for the 2 hours wait even though I had an appointment. I had expected a less wait time with an appointment (1 hour & 30 minutes max). It was my first visit there.
Appointment time: 10: 15am
Arrived: 10: 14am
Wait time before service: 10 - 15 minutes (there were 5 cars ahead of me)
Leave time: 12: 20pm
Friendly staffs (Ron was nice), clean atmosphere, free coffee & tea, and free snack (fresh fruits).
