I started coming to Honda of El Cajon Superstore in 2018.
James was the first service advisor I worked with when I came brought my 2013 Honda Accord in. He was and is amazing! My Honda Accord Catalytic converter needed to be replaced and James was able to find that it was under warranty which saved me so much money! He was able to get me a new cat and installed the next day. James, thank you for all you do!
Then in 2021, my check engine light came on again.this time I had the pleasure to work with Greg. After the car inspection he was able to find that my cat had a crack in it, after some research he found that my cat was still under warranty and explained the ins and outs of what was happening with my car. Honda team was able to locate and install and new cat for me that same week even with this cat shortage we are experiencing. I also got awesome tips of what to do in Lake Tahoe and some groovy songs from Greg. I completely trust this Honda team to steer me in the right direction on what repairs are needed. My check engine light has been off since. Thank you!

We went to the three Honda dealership to feel out thier service departments and HoEC was hands down the best.
I have had BMWs until my recent Honda Accord purchase and the service at BMW was always the best, until I brought my car to Jose Ortiz at Honda of El Cajon.
His experience and expertise was amazing and he really went out of his way to explain the minor service our car required and the anticipated future maintenance. He went so far as to provide the service codes and thier meanings for those maintenance issues.
His demeanor is both friendly and extremely professional and I am glad we chose a Honda and Honda of El Cajon for our service needs.
I highly recommend HoEC and Jose Ortiz to anyone who wants thorough and professional service

The overall experience here was great, they gave me a senior discount on service, repair prices seem reasonable and I plan to be a return customer

Thank you for having Linda the cashier their to assist with all of financial transactions for the service department. She is friendly and her personalty is so genuine. She has always explained options and ask if the service was good. I have been a customer for decades and she is one of the reasons I can say that.

The staff members were very friendly and professional. The price was clear and we didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase, but we did. After visiting a few other dealers to compare prices we're enjoying our new CR-V from Honda of El Cajon!

Best place to get your car repair, cheaper than mom and pap shop that cheat you on doing what you don't need to do, they warranty everything and customer service is great.

Great place to buy a Honda. Louie Gomez was the sales consultant that helped us out. Great person to deal with when buying a car. Go see him when ready to purchase a new vehicle. Won't be disappointed.

I have been very impressed with the welcoming and professional service provided by Honda of El Cajon. I was an auto technician for 25 years and never thought much of Dealerships. The staff at Honda of El Cajon have changed my opinion; at least there they have.

Honda of El Cajon was very accommodating. Although I have NO credit history, (which is worse than having bad), they searched and searched until, magically, they found a financial institution that would float my loan. What bank? I don't remember, bank of Hogwarts or something. In any event, I drove of the lot in a pretty slick little 2015 Civic. Every other dealer wanted me to either find a cosigner, or put down half the list price. Thank you Jeremy and Christian at Honda of El Cajon!

I bought my car here and would recommend to anyone looking for a Honda. They really try to work with your budget and don’t put pressure on you. I felt that they heard me and did they’re best to get me in the car I wanted. I continue to bring my CRV here for routine service because of the great customer service. I have taken my vehicle to other Honda service departments and it's not the same. The service staff are always kind, make sure to have your car back to you when they say, and they are professional. I have been helped by Jose O.and Steve M.and it has been a great experience each time. If they are short staffed on mechanics, do expect a little of a delay however. It’s only happened once. Thanks!

Greg A, was very helpful and answered my questions and listened to my concerns with patients. He explained everything in detail and being that my car was there all day Greg kept me informed with texts and phone calls.

Didn't include an updated car registration sticker on a used car, charged me for the registration and told me I had to go to the DMV and pay for a new one. Also, beware of "we'll include a car alarm" which you realize while you're in finance that it's an extra $1,000. Then they explained how having the alarm helps them in some weird way, but if course the customer pays for it. Lame.

I thought they did an excellent job and did exactly what I came for when I requested for an oil change.
They didn't try to sell me anything, which is good, but made recommendations for my next car service. The area was clean, they had complementary donuts and coffee and entertainment in the form of a television. I recommend the place for your next car service/ tune up.

Made an appointment and delivered car at appointed time.on a Saturday. Advisor Quincey checked me in and kept me apprised of the service. I had a couple of concerns that were addressed and taken care of at the service. I waited in the dealerships spacious waiting area where Quincey found me to advise me when my service was complete. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and on my way.

Frank is the best salesman I ever had. If you want no nonsense, he is the guy. Straight forward and we got out the door in less than 2 hours. Test drive and keys in 2 hours. Great deal. Go to frank, he is the best!

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced as a customer. How can a brand new leased car already need new tires? I understand normal wear and tear but a car that was leased brand new with less than 15,000 miles shouldn’t already need new tires.
