Very happy with Honda of Escondido Service Department. Fernando was very helpful and went out of his way to get me a new tire installed quickly when they discovered a nail in the tire which was determined to be nonrepairable. This service was in addition to routine oil and filter changes. I've always received great friendly service at this location.

Amazing customer service! I just bought my first car and I couldn’t have better experience with it. I liked the car that I found online at their location, and when I went to just check it out in person, it went beyond my expectations. Everyone there was very helpful with answering questions and understanding my needs and getting me the best deal for a first time buyer. I am a student and have a part time job, so I was expecting a denial, or that I would need to find a co-signer, but no, they worked out the best deal for me, and I was surprised that I was able to buy a car myself. Tony was my salesperson, he is amazing and was very helpful, and so it is the whole team, as another salesperson (wish I could remember his name) helped me with paperwork and explanations if it happened that Tony had to step out for his appointment, but I was never left to wait.

I have always received five star treatment everytime I bring my vehicle to the service center. During this Covid-19 pandemic the waiting area is spacious enough to allow for proper social distancing. Moreover, they provide Uber service if you are unable to wait for your car.

Doug was very generous to understand my urgency for picking up my kid from school and so he managed to return vehicle in time. Amazing customer service very happy with his cooperation. Will keep coming back always.

I was blown away by the fabulous service I received at Honda of Escondido. From the moment I drove onto the service center parking area, I was welcomed and escorted to an office where service rep Jose Martinez greeted me and established the itinerary for my car. Mr. Martinez was easy to talk to, explaining exactly what would transpire. After my car was finished I was really pleased to find my CRV had been washed and even vacuumed. A most pleasurable experience.

Jose Martinez was amazing. Kind courteous, and took care of us during our service. He made sure we got the Honda service that was needed at the best price. He also offered a ride if we needed to go somewhere, instead of just sitting in the lobby. Jose's customer service is on another level. He made us feel special. Thank you Jose! I asked to have my car washed and I when I got my car they also vaccumed and wiped the inside.:) first time I experienced this on Honda of Escondido. The representative guy was nice as well, I just wish he ould explain what was done to my car and "nice to know" stuff because I want to learn even basic knowledge related to my car.

I have been going to Honda Escondido since purchasing my 2002 Honda CRV; I now have a 2016 CRV. Even though personnel changes, their Service Department has not-they are always courteous, truthful, quality work, and within the estimated timeframe. Easy to schedule an appointment; facility is easily accessible; lounge is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Thanks, everyone!

The Dealership is awesome very clean and safe distancing was practiced. Free coffee and water a plus! Waiting room was clean and comfortable. The dealership saved me quite a bit of money by just checking my tires they took them all off tested the pressure and corrected any errors, checked the tread told me I’ll need 2 new tires soon so I’m saving up for them!
