The new virtual phone service was horrible. Going around and around then hung up. Is this 1990 phone system?

Tried again to call. Same problem. Asked to speak to a person, it transferred then hang up. 'Brook' is overly possessive. Guess Brook do not allow anyone to talk to any other person. How do I make an appointment when it can not find my vehicle nor allow me to talk to a live person who can! Walk over?

Oops! I thought I booked a service appointment with the Honda in Mountain View which is close to where I live but I actually scheduled the appointment with Stevens Creek Honda. It was a happy accident. Booking by phone via the automated service was super easy. Checking in on the day of my appointment was also smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Taylor S. And the team for the great service! Communication was clear and I was able to make my service decisions, by a link they sent me, without any pressure. I knew exactly what I was going to spend. There were no surprises. I’m so happy with the service I received. I’ll be coming back for any future needs and I’ll send referrals their way! Thank you Honda of Stevens Creek!

Excellent service, he ordered parts for my car and they arrived the next day and in a couple of hours they had them put on my car
That was very fast and my car was like new.

Tried to sell my girlfriend a bunch of services she didn’t need before they even inspected the car. Very disappointed at the cash over people approach. We will not be going back.

If it wasn’t for Johnny we probably wouldn’t go too Honda to get our car serviced. He is competent, kind, and efficient. At other places at times I feel like I’m being ripped off but with Jonny at Honda I feel that the customers come first. Thanks for all your hard work Jonny.

January, 2024. Ireceived a recall notice for a seat belt pretensioner Inspection, & Steve Seyuin worked very dilligently to check out this safety recall & finish in time for me to make my doctor's appointment. As usual, dealing with all the service advisors & their boss, Joshua Liaw makes owning my new Honda Accord Sport a great selection.

On September 20 I had my first maintenance appointment with Jeffrey Baratz of Honda of Stevens Creek, & as always, everything was doneand detailed so that I felt my car was and still is running perfectly. Again, Jeff and Honda really rocks!

This is a positive addendum to my earlier post although somewhat embarrassing for me. A new rattle emerged on the dashboard right above me. I worked with Johnny Lam, my service advisor and Joshua Liaw, the service manager to try to resolve this new rattle that was intermittent but driving me crazy, especially since this was a brand-new car. I was able to record the rattle on my cell phone and send it to Joshua. Johnny had their senior technician drive it overnight for 2 hours to his home and back, but never heard the rattle. Joshua was determined to fine it & was driving the car the next morning when we spoke on the phone, & I asked him to drive my car to my home, I live in the Alum Rock foothills where I always heard the rattle especially while driving up or down the hill. Joshua agreed to travel the 20 minutes to my home where he also heard the rattle. He determined that it was my garage door opener which was attached to the visor above the driver's seat. We had a good laugh while driving back to the dealership where I spoke with Rick Pimental, the Service & Parts Director where we all had a good laugh.

I continually am so impressed by the Sales and Service provided by Honda of Steven's Creek who really care and go above & beyond at all times to provide the best service possible!

I went to the service department, because I had a rattle coming from the dash area between the gauge and the steering wheel on my brand-new Honda Accord Sport. Brian Dao, my service advisor told me that it may take some time to find it, but he reassured me that they would, & they did as well as installing my new license plates and stickers. Their service department seemed to be very well run, providing the best service possible. I will ask for Brian from now on.

Service Advisor Taylor Salimpour did an excellent job quickly assessing my situation, promptly providing a solution, and got the job done before the expected return time. High quality service that exceeded expectations. You do not find this kind of service elsewhere. Great Honda representation.

I brought my Honda Civic in today to replace the Splash Shield underneath the car. I thought it had been cracked, the way it was hanging. Honda was able to get my car in right away, and assured me I would be able to pick it up by 2pm, before I had to leave for work. They contacted me right away and informed me they were able to reattach the existing unit at no cost-and suggested a cleaning to my fuel injection system to get rid of corrosion. I approved the extra work and they still had my vehicle back by the 2pm promised time. Mandy and her staff were professional and courteous. I’m also glad I had the extras done, the car improvements in power alone are like I drove a new Honda off the lot. Great job by Mandy and the crew!

I went in for an appointment to get a new key made for my Civic and was very pleased with the service. The service advisor was super polite and a great communicator. The waiting area is nice and my new key was ready before the promised time even though I showed up about 20 min before my scheduled appointment. Highly recommend.
