Loved this place! 1st time here. The place is clean & inviting with a comfortable waiting area with huge tv, complimentary coffee (Keurig style), soda (diet or regular), bottled water. The gentleman at the counter are friendly, big brother/ fatherly type. Felt safe & well taken care of by the whole team! Will be coming back again & referring my friends & family!

Brad and Kurt are awesome, both are “Old School Guys” who really know their stuff. It’s great to go a place you can trust.

First time visit…went in for a front end wheel alignment. They performed a preliminary check and I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that the alignment was fine and presented me with a detailed report to back it up. Honest -1 is truly an honest group you can depend on.

This place is fantastic. I have never been to a better auto shop in my long life. I used to perform a lot of work myself but can no longer afford the time to. My car needed a lot of work and I wanted to place it in the hands of pros. The Honest-1 team exceeded my expectations. I trust them completely. They explained everything very well and laid out all my options even those that would mean less work for the shop.
Beyond that, I really enjoyed hanging out with Kurt and Brad. I could spend all day at the shop.

I went in for an oil change for my Tacoma. I was provided ultra-friendly service. I felt very appreciated to be a customer of theirs. The owner was there and we had a great conversation about Costa Mesa.

Just like the name says, they are very helpful and detail oriented, nice guys did a big engine job at reasonable price, my car runs great they did a great job and got a 3 yr guarantee on their work. I would go there again.

I was helped by Brad, he is the owner. He was very helpful and had reasonable pricing for most services they provide. They have a very comfortable waiting area with free coffee and beverages, what a pleasant change compared to my local pep boys service center. If I need any more work done I will definitely bring my vehicle to Brad and his staff. Steven was my mechanic and I even gave him a Tip.

I had a leak in my rear brakes. Went in on Wednesday and they ordered parts for a later date. I had my truck in and the brakes are fixed with the confidence you want in your braking system
