Honey Honey Cafe & Crepery reviews
18 Came here with high hopes based on reviews but it fell short. The only “service” you get is them dropping your food at your table as this is a counter order place. Overall, the food was good, on par with a nice diner. Only gripe on the food was that our toast came out without butter/jelly and seemed stale.
The biggest reason for the 2 star review was the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The order counter, self service water, self service coffee station and dining room looked like it had not been cleaned since they opened today. There was paper wrappers, used silverware, spills and just grime all over the place and employees just continued to walk past it, only wiping off the dining tables so that someone could sit down. I visited the restaurant at about 11am on a weekday. I probably wouldn’t come back here again.
Typical American place offering savory and sweet breakfasts. Great variety of food which I appreciated
Prices aligned with American standards.
Very disappointed by this place.food was bland crepe was extremely soggy when I got it. They didn’t even cut the fruit up placed the whole strawberries in the crepe.
Everything here is yummy. We ordered an assortment of crepes, a sandwhich, burrito, coffee hot chocolate, a smoothie. It was all good. The service was top notch. I will definitely go back when Im in town again.
We've done a little bit of queue, but the food was really nice: large choice of food and generous portions.
The food is great and there’s lots of options for breakfast lunch and dinner. They have sandwiches and crepes.
Great place for breakfast. Lots of vegetarian food. Super sandwiches to go. Lost a star due to loud dance music.
This restaurant reminds me of home (Arkansas - On the Corner) service cooking similar. The way you order. Overall food was good. The chicken sausage is a must have. Reviews are pretty on point.
Above average corner diner where you pretty much self order off an eclectic menu, seat yourself, pour your own water & refills and then pickup after yourself- for the prices they charge- id rather go somewhere where i could get served instead. Just sayin'.
Overall an experience in the Knob Hill hood, Tenderloin adjacent:)
We had crepes (Mediterranean and chicken pesto) for brunch, they were both delicious, potato was ok but could be better, over we enjoyed the food.
This place is so cute! Menu is large, has something for everyone. The workers are extremely nice and efficient. I ordered the two two and two and the pancakes were so fluffy! I would really recommend this place for anyone looking for a good meal and a homey atmosphere.
It's basically a Denny's. Everything is out of a bag and tastes like it. Eggs Benedict was bland, Lemon Crepe was so overpowering it was borderline inedible. The dining area smelled like feces and we saw feces smeared by the door when leaving.
We ordered breakfast at about 9: 15. It wasn’t too crowded. All food was good and came out quickly. Staff was not friendly but not rude either. I didn’t like that the smoothies and coffee were not delivered to the table. Over all we enjoyed our visit. Not pictured are the breakfast crepe and crepe Suzette.
Awesome breakfast! We came at 8am and it was perfect to beat the Friday morning rush… plenty of seating though! Can’t go wrong here. Great prices for the city.
It was pretty crowded when we got there, and we came with a big group (13 people), but they were very proactive in getting tables arranged for us all to sit together.
The food was also excellent!
We waited 20 minutes at 9 am on a Wednesday for some quite mediocre food and coffee. It’s not worth the hype.
Best decision I have made on this trip. Food was excellent. The orange juice was so fresh! I had the French toast breakfast. Will go back again to try some other dishes.
