I bought a tank from them awhile back. The glass broke so I went back to see if they have replacement glass. They didn't. Why sell a tank that you don't have the pieces to replace? Seems dumb to me.

Great prices. Clean, careful and friendly. The only place I go for tobacco and cigarette tubes.

I've been in this place a few times asking about different things here and there (pipes, vape juice papers, ect) and everything I've seemed to get the same tall guy with glasses redish hair beard and beanie and he's not even remotely helpful when I ask recommendations he said "that's like asking your favorite soda" then he said "if you ask me personally im too old for that sh*t" how about some customer service? Rest staff seem okay but I wont be coming back and will be sharing my story.

Excellent selection of various vaping and smoking products. Looking to quit smoking so I went in for a vaporizer. The staff was great at explaining all the differences in the many vaping options. I left completely satisfied with my experience.

Pricing is pretty expensive for coils, juice, and tanks. Huge selection, but you can find much cheaper at different shops.

They are kinda rude.over priced.and not very knowledgeable.save your time and money and go to a shop that is more personable and willing to help.

Fast and friendly service. A 500 gram bag of kratom for $100, that's a good deal. Compared to $29.99 or more for ~100 grams elsewhere.

High quality items with a price to match! I purchased a water bong a very small water bong it cost me $70 & a few days ago I went to a random smoke shop & bought a large colorful water bong & a huge glass pipe for $40

Good selection for the most part. Especially if youre after anything E-Cig. Everything is overpriced by quite a bit. Staff is helpful and friendly. This is bar far the largest smoke shop Ive ever been in, and I've been to a few. If you can get passed the fact that they are overpriced, I can go ahead and recommend a visit.

Way overpriced and not impressed. My wife and I were interested in picking up some juice and vape supplies and the guy that we approached for assistance was not helpful and seemed disinterested in helping us. I will not be back. There are several better places in the area.

Honestly loved this place until I bought a mod I bought a SMOK G - PRIV 2 I PAYED $200 and just looked it up and it's only worth 59.95 they got me good make sure you do your research before you buy anything at this place I know I messed up by not doing my own research now I know but just want others to know also

Bought a PAX Vaporizer last week. Not happy with it for a number of reasons. Went back ready to fight to get my $168.00 back. Met some resistance at first from "Joe", until he understood me and offered me a far better PAX 2 and could not have been nicer. It was my attitude at first that was wrong. He made thing right. Excellent customer service. Atta Boy, Joe! Thanks for keeping calm in spite of my being confrontational.

Decent selection of oils. The person who helped me was not very friendly and didnt seem very knowledgeable about the different vaporizers. Either that or they just didnt doing their job.

Went in for an atomizer and got one at a good price.the people were nice, the selection was wide and the sound system was thumping, so all bases were covered! Will be back
