Food was way over priced for what it was. They ask for a tip on take out orders. Charge extra for ranch dressing etc. On top of that, the cashier talks like she’s in the hood and not working and representing a company. They also forgot my order and I came back for it, didn’t get an apology. They need to lesson on how to run a business.

Chicken is absolutely delicious. I can not find any place that has the phenomenal taste of Honeybird's chicken.

The chicken was too fatty, I couldn’t even finish it. Pretty much spent $20 for fries and a drink

Chicken was undercooked on the inside, had ordered 2 of the firebird sandwiches, was fine on the outer edges but once I got to the inner middle of the chicken, it was 100% undercooked

Great place for a lunch between classes or just to hang out with friends. Entrees are slightly overpriced but the waffle fries are delicious and can definitely be ordered for a quick snack. The sweet tea was slightly bitter.

First of the area it’s in is just beautiful, the food was amazing. Very clean location, lots of options, and the price is reasonable. I would highly recommend and would eat here again.

The menu does not specify the ingredients of the meal, for example the BBQ chicken salad has bacon in, and it some people don't eat that due to religious restrictions. Add that to avoid confusion, there are lots of Jews and Muslims in USC.

Anyway, the guys were helpful.they owned their mistake and refunded me quickly.

I really like the honey bird sandwich but $15+ for fast food like this feels a bit expensive. I would give a 5 star if it's like $3~4 cheaper.

Asked me what my religion was in my interview a few years back. Made me feel uncomfortable and put off. The food is not good either. Ugh my stomach hurts.

Food was very oily, chicken was too fat, didn’t taste good.
I tried the chicken bites and chicken burger.

Wasn't sure what to expect and was simply blown away. Every single part of the meal was delicious. Chicken was very flavor, waffle fries had a fresh taste to it, mashed potatoes were very tasty, and biscuit were definitely an expected surprise. There was no lull in the meal and every single items shined.

First time here, food was great and fresh, chicken n waffles was the bomb and the nashville potatoe salad had a nice kick.will definitely be back!

Food was very good, BUT one of the people in the kitchen was not wearing a mask. We threw most of the food out out of caution of Covid-19

OMG. Must try their fire bird chicken sandwich. Mac and cheese was so delicious along with their slaw. But if you’re gonna try one thing along with your fire bird sandwich. It’s the honey butter dip with their biscuits. I died and left a new man.
