Great service, super clean bathrooms and eating areas, and AMAZING food. The doddy melt might be one of the best things I’ve had in the past year.

Food and atmosphere are pretty good, but don’t come when it’s busy. Huge delays and inefficient processes. This place needs a lot of help with operations during busy periods.

This place is, very creative menu killer location and ambiance for a night out. Will be back forsur. Slamin drinks and banging food make a killer combination.

I was very dissatisfied on my experience today. Me and my friends ordered burgers, and it took over 20 minutes to get our food, and none of the staff was taking their Job seriously. When we finally got our burgers, the meat had no flavor, and it was dry.

Nice burgers here with lots of choice on the menu. You can swap any patty to a beyond one (this isn't advertised). Fairly busy on a weekend but the line moves quickly and we were served within a reasonable time too.

I used to love this place when they first opened. O feel like the food quality is not the same as it used to be. I have been here at least 10 times and I mist say the food and service got worse over time. Not sure if it’s just my taste for food is changing or the food quality is different.

Came here a few times before, but today the whole restaurant smells like something expired/is rotten. Absolutely gross smell & despite all the open doors, the interior doesn’t feel ventilated at all.
Good burger overall, but a bit over priced (no side of fries or any sides included with the price you see) + overall pretty slow service. Waiting 15-20 minutes for a burger is usual…They also assign you a table to sit which can be annoying.

It took a little while till everything arrived, even though not a lot was going on, on a sunny Saturday at lunchtime. Plenty of tables available inside and outside.
The prime time burger had a great combination of the sweetness of the caramelized onions and the steak sauce. But after two bites everything tasted sweet from the onions - bit too much for my taste.
The mushroom burger was a solid healthy alternative if you like veggies.
The sweet potatoe fries were way better than the regular fries, which were not crunchy and boring in general. You get dips which make them a bit better, but I would still recommend the sweet potatoe fries over the regular ones.
Overall solid burgers and experience.

We tried a little of everything. The parmesan fries with the truffle aoli come in a small mixing bowl! The queso fries are the same with a little pot of warm queso! And they're both insane! Had the chicken parm sandwich.the fried mozzarella was perfect! The Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. Literally the best chicken sandwich I've had so far in my life!

No menu posted at area where you order - are customers supposed to memorize options?
An Incorrect order brought to table - had to wait for correct one - but they then forgot the sauce
Burger so crumbly it was difficult to eat
No iced tea available on a Sunday
Paper towel rack on table empty - had to go get them from other table
Door left open when it was very cold & windy outside
Not coming back here

I had a job interview at the playa vista location, Los Angeles! My interview was at 1pm. I was there since 12: 55pm and they told me to sit to a table and a manager will come over, I had the patience to wait until 1: 30pm and nobody showed up! 35 minutes of wasted time. If you really want to hire people you should show and handle better the management part!

Couldn't eat. This trendy overpriced place doesn't take cash.

But a double, small fries, and soda where about to come out to over $25 bucks before they told me they didn't take cash.

Another strange thing about this place is seating arrangements. You have to walk up to a counter to order like a fast food place, then they ask you where you're going to sit and expect you to know the table numbers already. I simply said "outside" and the guy was like "oh I'm going to seat you on table # (forgot#) is that okay? " How am I supposed to know if I haven't seen it? So I guess they just assign you a table number and you have to go out and find it like you work there.

Nice burgers. Long line to order since only one of the registers was open during lunchtime.

Went back a second time and was disappointed with the service. Fooled me twice. The good food does not make up for the poor dining experience

The food was ok. Burgers were a little small and messy, but they did taste good. They had a roast beef sandwich advertised on the door and menu but they didn't actually have it. They also were out of chicken sandwiches to the dismay of my gf.

I cannot believe how many calories all the food options have.insane. And only 1 veggie burger option.

Sweet potato fries are so good.
Burger is ok. I had the GF bread with it. You need a knife for it. The bread brakes apart easy. But the meat, taste ok. Needs more seasoning in my opinion. But the service was nice and the atmosphere is modern

Ordered good night burger and majic shroom burger. I personally loved majic shroom taste more since not big fan of BBQ sauce, but Both burgers were tasty, and jucy. Great patio and and excellent service. Love the atmosphere.

Said they're gonna call your name when your order is ready and apparently nobody bothers.
My order was cold and soggy.
