My wife and I bought a car at the Hopkins Acura. We started the whole process online at the website. We were contacted by them and scheduled a test driver. At the store we were welcomed by the amazing seller Pablo, we did the test driver, he explained the car functionalities and in less than 1 hour we did a trade in of our old car and got the new one. I highly recommend this store if you want to buy an Acura, and ask for Pablo, I am sure he will be more than happy to assist you.

When your lease term is up, pay Honda Financial Services directly if you want to purchase your vehicle. The dealership charges $1995 to process the paperwork.

Update: I was quoted $1995 dealership fee. That was a line item separate from any taxes.

This review is long overdue. Beyond grateful for Pablo and the staff here! Pablo was absolutely great - super knowledgeable and more than anything met us where we were at. Not pushy on selling us a car at all, one can definitely appreciate that. He provided all the information/answers we needed! Thank you Pablo for being so nice and genuine with our experience being first time car buyers We LOVE our Acura RDX?

What an awesome experience I had while looking for a car to buy at Hopkins Acura in Redwood City. This was my first time going to a dealership in a very long time due to the pressure car buyers often experience from car sales people. However, I was so surprised that I was treated with respect and professionalism. There was no pressure in purchasing a vehicle and they answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely come back to Hopkins Acura. Thank you!

I came in last week for an accelerated A1 service and was surprised with how simple the process was made. I was originally planning on spending at least two hours waiting for my service to be completed, but after just over an hour I was told my RDX was all good to go. Came out to settle up and found my vehicle parked in the service drive freshly washed and sparkling clean. Will definitely return for future maintenance if they make it this easy every time

It's hard to leave a review because I want to give 5-star to Gilbert, one of the sales guy there, and 2-star for the management.

Gilbert is fantastic, and gave us all the time to consider and test drive the car we like. We got our offer on site, and it's very close to what we hope to pay. However, we decided to think it over before pulling the trigger. I called back within 72 hours, and one of the sales manager told me any offer that I got was valid until the end of the month. Please make sure you get a piece of paper from them and make sure they honor that price if you come back.

However, another sales manager called back and said that offer was only good for that date I was at the dealership, and the new price is $1500 higher. I didn't give up and Gilbert was nice enough to help me push again. Another week later, my new offer is $2500 higher. And this is when I decided to give up. I really like to make it work because my initial impression with Hopkins (or Gilbert) was so good.

What I can tell you is that if Gilbert can get you a deal that meet your price target, take it because Hopkins can offer really competitive price. If you want an Acura has no markup, Pleasanton may be the only one in the Bay Area who can give you that - but their supply is limited (due to obvious reason). At the end of the day, I rather be a happy customer because the current macro condition is exactly how you tell if a dealership really cares about their customers.

I hate washing my car and my car gets so dirty because it's black. The free car wash did it for me, I'm coming here every time I need a service.

Worked with Gilbert in looking for an MDX. He was very easy to work with, timely feedback, and answered any questions we had, and we never felt any pressure or discomfort in the process. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Ricardo in the service department was professional and courteous. Explained everything they worked on in detail, the mechanics workstations were very clean. I would highly recommend getting any service on your vehicle at Hopkins Acura.

One of the worse car dealership. I called ahead to inquire about the Acura featured special lease of 2022 MDX technology package. I was told there is a pearl white in stock. When I drove 30+ miles there, not only the car is not there, but also they don’t participate the special event. Total waste of my time

I was in the market to buy a truck for my company and found one at Hopkins/Acura after looking for almost 3 months and was not looking forward to game that dealerships and salesmen play. When I found a vehicle that was not the brand I expected a headache and a huge run around. Habib and his team were the most genuine, honest, stress free and the more personable than any place I have ever been to in my time buying vehicles in the Bay Area over the last 20 years. Im very satified with my experience and dont see myself dealing with any other dealership for our next purchase. Thx Habib and Gilbert!

Pablo Sosa was AWESOME! I stated what I wanted and he made sure I had it. There was another guy that worked beside him but I don’t quite remember his name he was AWESOME as well. Being apart of the Acura family has been such a great experience. When bringing my car in for services Ricardo in the service department is A1. You just can’t go wrong with coming to this location. ALL AROUND A1 services! PROFESSIONAL, KIND, FAST, UNDERSTANDING, & COURTEOUS! Hopkins Acura is the place to go.
