I have been using Dr Horine for years, he is truly a life saver. His staff are wonderful as well along with his fellow doctor.

I came into the office with severe hip pain. In one week I was pain free! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Great staff with flawless customer service. I was very impressed how well they treat each client. Everything was explained thoroughly on my first visit. The doctor was thorough in his explanation of the initial check-up and adjustments and friendly as well. He seems to be very knowledgeable and caring about his clients. This service has continued on my subsequent visits.

The staff at Horine Chiropractic are so welcoming and kind! I came in with really bad lower back pain, walking was so painful. But everytime I came in for an appointment the ladies at the front desk (and the entire staff) had such a kind smile. This really helped cheer up my day. Dr. Russ and Dr. Blake are very professional and explained to me what was wrong with my back in a way I could understand. I came in June for about a month and had a flair up in September. They took great care of me the first and second go round, and my back is feeling much much better! I would 10/10 recommended Horine Chiropractic for an easy, welcoming experience. My husband and I are new to this office. I've had several chiropractors in the past and also work at an Eye Surgery office in Visalia so I know what to look for as far as patient care. The front desk staff is 100%, nice, informative, and kind. The doctor did a throughout exam before the actual adjustment. I would recommend this office.
