Horizon did a great job with our fence, professional and responsive. Johnny and Justin finished in 2 days and left the place cleaner than they found it! Thank you!

The estimator was professional and came as agreed. The fence was scheduled in January 2023 to begin work May 10,2023, however they said they were a day behind and came the following day. They did a great job with the longer part of the fence. I had a smaller section that was to be replaced the same day. I was told another truck was coming later that day. He came but did my neighbors longer side with her other neighbor. The crew who did ours left at 2: 30 and my smaller section was not even touched. I was told it would be done on Friday May 12, no one came. Kathi called Monday May 15, not to apologize for the delay but wanted payment! I said no one came. She said she’d call the project manager. Still no apology. It is now Wednesday, the office is closed and still no one has showed. No call no update NOTHING. When I spoke with Kathi almost a week ago about the fence not being installed she proceeded to yell at me, talked in a raised voice and did nothing to help me. Then she calls Monday for payment! Seriously and still no apology, absolutely nothing. She needs customer service training for her bad behavior. There are only four sections that need replacing and still cannot get it done. Poor poor service and I will never recommend or use this company again.

Fence looks good, however, boards over the steel posts are not secured correctly and are falling off. There are exposed screws sticking out in some places over an inch. The post holding the gate was not set correctly and is leaning. I've reached out to the company 3 times via phone and email and have not received responses. My understanding is the fences have a 5 year warranty, but I can't even get them to respond to emails.
