9They shipped a backorder from 08 24 2023 on 11 27 2023 and hit my credit card 3 times. Their business model of not being able to speak with anyone is absolutely terrible customer service. They don't deserve the one star I was forced to give.
BUYER BEWARE! It's too bad these guys have such a monopoly on rc airplanes because their customer service is terrible! They used to have a phone number you could call to talk to knowledgeable techs, but have since changed to a messenging only system that makes it impossible to get the help needed. We recently purchased a trailer accessory for an rc jeep and were charged for it 3 times! Once on the card we approved and twice on our son's card cleaning out his account! This is highway robbery! It's been almost a week with still no resolution! Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else to avoid the headache!
Buyer beware. Fraud/ scam. Do not order anything from this website/company. As others have said received multiple charges on my account, 4 total, over 300 dollars. Cannot get ahold of anyone, only a virtual assistant. No customer service.

My husband and I purchased an RC race truck. To start, the battery that came WITH the truck didn’t fit—as if it was never meant to go with this rc car at all. Once we managed to make it fit (which meant the door couldn’t actually close, it broke after 2 minutes of normal use. Collapsed shock that left it unable to drive normally. We immediately reached out for help and guess what? Yup, just as the other reviews say, garbage customer service. They blamed the battery not fitting on us, as if they didn’t ship that battery with the truck. Now, they are straight up ignoring our emails and calls. Terrible company.
If you are looking for a business to make your first purchase.just choose someone else. 22 days since i ordered and product isnt even shipped.support always give same answers, they never get back to you, always saying its already shipped when its not.worst experience i ever had.
Their customer service stinks. It used to be great but in the last few years it's gone downhill fast.
So big they don't care about the customer I've had problem after problem with them. Worst part about it is you either cease the hobby or they end up with your money anyway. I'm really close to stopping buy rc products because of them.
I SEE IN THE MANUALS THAT THEY DISCRIMINATE SPANISH. WE HAVE TO SAVE OUR HELICOPTERS, THANKS THAT NOW WE HAVE ALIEXPRESS WITH BETTER PRICES AND OPTIONS
Love to buy my rc cars from here, they really know there stuff. My scx24 c10 motor and servo stopped working, they had shipped me a new servo with little to now problems, thanks Bill from product support, glad doing business with you.
