Dr Dale is a good dentist, but his wife Ivy the officer manager is unprofessional and downright rude. They pad the bill for treatment. I called my dental carrier and was told the same crown with the same material would be a quarter of the price that they quoted me. Also, Ivy has hung up on me several times, once when I called about a treatment and had a couple of questions. She told me, she didn't have time to talk about this and hung up. She also hung up on me because I wanted to ask Dr. Dale a question about my treatment. She cancelled a teeth cleaning the day before, and had to wait 4 months to get a cleaning. It just goes on and on. I don't trust them at all. So unprofessional and nasty too.
