If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I booked a property on HomeAway that was managed by Hostie Corp for a hotel room in Las Vegas. When I decided to extend my trip by a day, I tried several times to get in touch with the property manager (Anthony Leonardo) to inquire about the extension and never heard back. At that point, I reached out to HomeAway who informed me that I had to deal with Hostie Corp directly. Keep in mind that I had already paid over $1000 for the deposit. After several unsuccessful attempts to get in touch with Anthony Leonardo and Hostie Corp, I reached back out to HomeAway but they were useless as they informed me I had to deal with the property manager directly. In the end, my trip was cancelled due to Covid, and I never received my deposit back. I would've even accepted a credit had the company just been more responsive.

I’ve been using the Hostie app to rent my property for for quite some time and I really like. It’s very easy to use and it helps me find long term and short term guests.

I have yet to stay at the property I booked in Las Vegas. So far the host company has been very responsive to my inquiries. To my surprise they also provide early check-in and late check-out for simply providing this positive review!

Cancelled my AirBNB reservation less than 21hrs prior to check in. Tried to contact them with no response. Horrible

I rented a home with Hostie for a week in Hawaii, absolutely amazing location and service. I would highly recommend a Hostie property!

Transaction and booking was easy and smooth. The hotel was amazing. Had an amazing view out the window. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious with an amazing jacuzzi. Will definitely come back here again everytime we come to vegas. Really recommend this place.

I loved this stay! Anytime I had a question I had a reply in less than hour, the room was very clean and looked just like the pictures. I would definitely re book next time I come to Vegas!

Hostie is a unprofessional company. They lack communication skills. I would like to be paid for cleaning services rendered on behalf of your company. Guest pay for cleaning services when they check in so why is it months later and me and my employees are still awaiting payment? Your excuses of low funding and the others you have given dont help either. Since the company now wont respond to emails or notify us on when we can expect payment. Here I am asking. WHEN CAN WE GET PAID BY HOSTIE FOR CLEANING SERVICES PROVIDED ON BEHALF OF HOSTIE!

The Signature Suites were exactly as described; beautiful rooms with views to match. We had two suites and they were both perfect. Communication with Hostie was fantastic from before check-in, ensuring everything was okay after check-in, then communicating during the stay to make sure all was good until just before check-out. Would recommend Hostie to friends & family and happily use them again

A dismal experience in many ways - their booking practices appear to be misleading — it seems wherein if you’re a homeowner client of theirs, they may place your guests in other properties and look to strike deals offline. This could be seemingly to avoid paying any owner clients fees - which ties into other public reviews others have shared.

We also found their lack of transparency to be concerning and when it comes to fiduciary responsibilities highly questionable, to say the least.

We not only would not work them but we would advise other homeowners/renters to think twice before engaging with them as a manager.

Likewise we would not book one of their few properties as a guest/traveler. Many reviews online potentially detail roach infested, dilapidated properties with noise, trash, rodent/roach infestations, eg.

Other reviews that have touched on unethical behavior should be heeded.

Everything was clean, extra towels and sheets were ready waiting if needed, great location, customer service was very helpful and really knew how to book my trip by just giving them a few key words. It was a beautiful stay.

If you're ever in the Las Vegas Area Hostie Corp.is a great company to use for all your vacation needs. Very professional and property is very clean as it look in the pictures. I'll be using this company again soon.

The place is amazing and looks just as pictured, hosts are really responsive with whatever you need so you can enjoy your stay. Also the property is in a great location just minutes away from convenient stores and the Las Vegas strip. I definitely would recommend this place.

I rented a Hostie home via airbnb, the property was beautiful just as described. Host was very responsive very much on point, ensuring our stay was pleasant. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

Owner be aware! Don't lease your house to this company. The owner of this company is stealing your money. Stay away from it. They don't pay you rent and use excuses that they have future bookings and have to move future booking to a different house. Now you owed them. He is an idiot. Get a Lawyer so he can stay away from scamming people.

The place we stayed in was an amazing place with great space and just the way we imagined it! The host Anthony was the nicest, very easy to communicate with as he was available anytime we needed him. Recommend this place 100%!

Absolutely amazing stay. The best holiday I've ever had. Amazing hosts, facilities and holiday. I would highly recommend for any holiday ever. We were a group of 23-25 year olds and had the most incredible time in Vegas compared to our first time there
