Great studio. It's very clean and the stuffs are very friendly. I took sculpt and 26&2 here, enjoyed both classes.

I’m impressed with how great all instructors are. A great way to lose weight. And to get centered and relaxed through yoga.

Hot 8 is in the perfect location! I love the classes especially the sculpt for a hard, cardio workout. This location has showers & parking which is a must. Definitely worth trying the community classes as well that are only $8 and taught by their trainees.
