I recently visited Hot Stone restaurant with a group of four to celebrate my sister's 13th birthday. While I'm a vegetarian, my sister and two others in our group eat meat, so we decided to try Korean BBQ. However, I was surprised to learn that I had to pay around $37 for Korean BBQ, even though I didn't plan on eating any of it. Unfortunately, the only things I could eat were onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, which were still cooked in animal fat since there was only one grill. To make matters worse, my veggie bibimbap took over 30 minutes to arrive because it was forgotten about. When it finally did arrive, I was disappointed to find out that it was essentially just a lot of seaweed with rice and an egg. Overall, my experience was poor, and I won't be returning to Hot Stone again. I felt sorry for my sister too, as she felt bad for me on her birthday because it took so long for me to get anything to eat.

They tried charging me $80 for all you can eat (would’ve been over $100 with one alcoholic drink and taxes, before tip…). I've been to over 12 different Korean BBQs from Cali to North Carolina and even the Philippines and I have never seen a policy with a two people minimum.ridiculous

Great place to eat, there’s a $40 buffet option for dinner and regular menu. I got a beef stew and an ice tea. The beef stew was absolutely delicious and the sauces they brought were amazing. I lived the mustard that kicks you in the nose unexpectedly and gives a funny joyful feeling! I would recommend this place! It is loud though, so prepare for a fun time!

Good food, too pricey. No senior discount. Tried Only few assortments, and they were all tasty. The service was excellent.

First of all, service is very friendly and attentive. It was our first time here. We let our server Jace know, and he walked us through how it works, and even made menu recommendations.
The food was delicious. There was a large variety of meats, sides, vegetables, appetizers, and soups to choose from.
Items ordered were promptly brought out.
This came as a recommendation from a co-worker.
Again, service was impeccable. We didn't want for anything. They were friendly and knew exactly when to bring extra napkins, clear plates, replace a dropped spoon, etc. It was comparable to 5 star dining level of service. We didn't need to ask for anything. Very professional.
We were very happy with our overall dining experience and will definitely be back.

The spicy pork was not marinated. It was watered down. Not too impressed with the food, but the service is great.

Have come to this place for years. Food quantity has definitely detiiorated and quality has suffered as well. This is definitely not the kind of Korean dining I am used to, such as in Los Angeles. The appetizer dishes were certainly inferior. Sorry to say I will not come here again.

It’s was hot in the building almost as if there was no AC. Upon tasting a plum Soju my mother politely asked to have it replaced since the flavor resembled medicine. Though we had ordered 3 full course AYCE meals the sever and manger where very rude. They racistly accused my mother of trying to get free taste of alcohol. He said “I can’t just keep giving you free drinks. I can’t put a open drink on the shelf to resell it” “I said of course not because what restaurant puts used food back on the shelf. We immediately corrected them, paid for our food, and left. This is not the first time I’ve noticed the management at this restaurant being racist towards black people. I’m a local and I will never be back. Shrimp and seafood is not even properly cleaned. Staff management extremely rude and passive aggressive.

Good food and service, but got charged dinner prices during lunch time. 90 dollars for 2 people without drinks is alittle too much.

Great service and good food. 반찬 Banchan, (side dishes) are free, come with your meal and you can request more if you like. I had the mild BBQ chicken and it was not spicy. The portion sizes are pretty good.

Every dish we ordered was delicious.
- Korean style vegetables are included and can be ordered repeatedly.
- Hot stone bibimbap can be customise to vegan, vegetarian or with meat. Many complimentary
- Pork bulgogi is flavourful and delicious. Chewing texture was just perfect.
- Kimchi pancake was good.

It’s nice that there are parking space. There is a digital system for customers to check in when there is a line. Customers service was decent. Price is reasonable. Restaurant is a lil greasy but it’s a barbecue place so it’s bound to happen.

Not too many good choices on the all you can eat menu, and the restaurant controls the fire, mostly like slow cook, and then limited to four items that you can order at one time, plus the slow fire, makes it take longer time to cook, then you can't enjoy all you desired from the menu. But you have to pay the full price, if they adjust a little bit for this rule, maybe it will win win for both business owner and customers
