Hot Stone Pizza, Sacramento CA

Im out of town. Used the first place that said they were close to my hotel. I ordered online a couple of nights ago and had a great experience. This place is inconsistent, it seems. Today we ordered again a calzone, chicken, a salad and a 2lt bottle of soda. I got delivered a salad and calzone. I called and showed the delivery guy the email. They said the chicken wasn't even put in to cook. The chicken was cold. Guessing it was.they just didn't pay attention. They don't want cash tips, so I tipped online. I guess so they don't have to give good service

I have this personal cheese pizza regularly with $3.24 but today charged me $5.39 the lady so angry and un respectful answer its what it is. Now open the box its so burned and crumbs. I this place was my regular pizza place I usually had pizza from her but not any more. Don’t recommend this place customer service zero. Lady was not polite.

I love this place so much! And pizza is sooo delicious!
BUT I ran into this situation yesterday when I ordered a pizza (08/27/2021). Me and my dad found long hair cooked in the dough. Then we threw the pizza away. It was the first time it happened to me. And I remembered that the girl who gave it to me was with long flowing hair without any head cap.
To the owner and manager: PLEASE make sure all your staff have tied hair and cover their heads!

I had a negative experience with this pizza, as well as a positive one initially, today I ordered pizza again, and I was surprised by the quality of the pizza and fast delivery) I recognize you) delicious and fast Thank you for hearing the client, thank you and thanks again?

Best place to eat in my opinion since it’s really close to my house. My family always orders from here and now this is my go to place for pizza.

I guess it depends on who's.working because sometimes its not bad but 2x now it was a bit raw and the toppings were obviously thrown on it. Either that or it was dropped on the floor and put back together. I dont think i will go back. Id rather eat Di Giorno

Highly recommend Hot Stone. Had the most delicious calzone ever. Stuffed with grilled chicken & Canadian bacon. Cheesy bread and cinnamon rolls just to complete my experience. This place seriously blew me away today.

Here at my house there are 4 roomates that all love pizza, we order pizza at least 4 times per week from different places and love to try new pizza places all the time. We have been doing this for years, so you can imagine all the places we have tried. I just have to say that we are all pleasantly surprised with Hot Stone Pizza. The appetizers as well as the pizza were Hot, fresh and just delicious. We have quite a few men and women working on renovations here at the house today and every single person had the food I ordered from Hot Stone Pizza and everyone loved the food. This is the new favorite Pizza place for about 8 people that are here today. Thank You Hot Stone Pizza for making our meal hot, fresh and just perfect. Big big thumbs up from the men and women of our residence and the friends working on our home today.

Love their rewards program, always getting free pizza or something else, the pizza is delicious, chicken bbq is the best there

Calzones were DELICIOUS. Perfect garlic buttery flavoring. And pre sliced! Very flavourful. Delivery faster than estimated. But my contactless instructions weren't followed - please ensure your drivers read the notes.

Two days ago was the first time we came to that good restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the efficient service, with the magnificent dishes and wine and with the decent payment. We will absolutely come back soon.

Pizza is really delicious. Very cheap price compared to other places. The delivery drivers are always on time.

I ordered a Six piece spicy wings and salad. The wings we're not spicy at all, but we're overly salted and nasty

When i called to order my dinner, they knew me by name and once again, had an awesome dinner!:)
I love and am hooked on Hotstone pizzas!
Their staff are very friendly and professional, and their prices are really affordable.

Is Raw pizza dough bad for you? This place was delicious the first time I tried it! Perhaps I was starving.my last two experiences were horrible.extra long delivery time, incorrect order, and now raw pizza dough. Damn near the whole thing was uncooked dough. Pretty Pricey for a poorly prepared pizza.

Easy online ordering, accurate delivery time and good pricing. The Hawaiian pizza was fabulous. Wings and potatoes skins were hot and delicious. The appetizer sampler was very yummy. We will definatly order from here again!
