Very disorganized. Probably because they have more stuff than they can actually fit in the store

Came in here for the first time since god knows how long. Got a rick and morty pop collectors toy for my brother and it was pretty cool.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I went during the week to pick my The Office prison Mike funko. The staff were very knowledgeable of funko and gave great advise.

NOT alot of Death Metal band shirts and prices are ridiculous sometimes. Need to mark down, to sell more

I love the staff at Hot Topic, very friendly, not harassing. I wish they weren't forced to alert each customer of the deals they have going on.there are signs everywhere, don't make them bother everyone.

They really didn't have the T-shirt I needed but the girl that worked there did everything to find me what I needed and told me we're they had it. So I'm glad she was a great help.

May not be the best store but it's one of my favorite ones can be pricey but it's totally worth it the store has awesome things

Typical Emo/Scene Store, I only go for Nightmare Before Christmas stuff and Dragon Ball Super items.

I always like going to hot topic to see what they got.dont get me wrong I've bought plenty but now adays a little pricey for me so I love that they always have clearance in the back, I love looking at what others dont want or cuz it's old more the better for me.but i am a lifetime supporter of the topic

People there are always helpful and very knowledgeable. They need to move to a bigger store though!

Nice place. Cool clothes and other products, but always feels a little crammed sometimes. Either too much stuff or not enough space.

Ali, who claims to be the manage, can’t handle the complex task for ringing up customers. She should find a different dead end job. One that won’t cause her so much stress.
