Updated styles, very helpful employees the dressing room has motion sensor lighting, crowd control perfect for safety purposes bc they care

Kinda small and seems like they need to be updated. Could also be that the Hollywood shopping area is rather boring and lackluster

Hidden away, this Hot Topic is just perfect sized. The employees are amazing and the buyers get 3 was perfect. Their sales are super amazing.

Customer is great and everything is nice and clean but they don't really have much to offer. They barely have any funko's in stock and when it comes to clothes they don't really have much options. I wish they stock more stuff.

They close at 6 and it was 5: 40 and i was trying to go in.i just wanted to go in and buy a t shirt that was displayed in the window.a security guard was there just shaking his head not saying anything.we thought we just had to wait to go in for people to come out.but he turned away everyone who came up until someone said they were closed.the communication was very bad and there was still a lot of people shopping in the store with 20 minutes left till closing.very bad altercation.

Really great staff! Went to get the new Twenty Pilots Album and all the questions we had were answered at best! Awesome experience!

Hot topic always has the best kinds of anime shirts and items you could want. There are more things too but i mostly go for all the anime things.

All the employees were bunched up at the register laughing and talking literally not doing anything. Meanwhile I’m standing by the jewelry trying to get assistance with no one to help me. They saw me and pretended not to. I’ve been shopping at hot topic since I was 9 and this store ties for worst service with the Lakewood store. I just won’t come back.

"Hot Topics" I used to really love this store because they sold real unique "Witchy Gothic" type jewelery, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pentagrams etc.
I got so many diff things with my favorite band names- Slipknot, Avenged Sevenfold, Twenty One Pilots etc.
Now the store carries very junky items that are very overpriced.
They do have tons of t-shirts with every band name imaginable, but the quality was so cheap.
They had brand new "Twenty One Pilots" Scaled & Icy t-shirts & hoodies! I love these 21 Pilots!
But it's always fun to go here if only just to browse!

I haven’t acctually been into the store and I’m a fellow UK hooman- my aunt, uncle and cousin live near one though so that’s how I got all my, my hero academia stuff-
I’m so happy with it and the hot topic bag is currently hanging on my wall

I like to go to this Hot Topic. Because they always have what I need. When they don't I can order online in pick up at this location. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. 5 out of 5 star rating here.

Some of the staff can be pretty rude and yet the rest is the complete opposite. It's hard to tell what you'll get for service. As for selection, sizes are spotty, but they have cool stuff.

Excellent experience! The cashier couldn't get the antitheft tag off the last small Loungefly backpack I wanted but he was persistent and enlisted help from his coworkers until they were successful. My daughter is going to love this and I appreciate so much the effort put forth by the employees at Hot Topic Hollywood/Highland.

It wasn't to busy here so we didn't have to wait in a line before entering. The place was stocked with inventory. Picked up a few shirts on a bogo for $5 and 3 Funko Pops for $27. The staff was very helpful.

Very cool stuff to see and get. Limited amount of customers being able to shop but there wasn't a lot of people today on a Sunday afternoon.

The customer service was helpful and very friendly. When I was checking out, my account ran into a problem, but the assistance to ensure I received my points was wonderful. A great team is here at this location.

It's cool same as the rest of the hot topics you would go to but they only let 15 people in at a time. And they had little to no pins there.

Hot Topic is a joke. Charging more for products that you can find everywhere else? ! Great job in overcharging your guests.
