The store is just a little too small as in the actual size of the store But they have a good selection

Don't ever order in store pick up! I had the worst experience ever. They said they had my item in stocks. Then they canceled my order after the fact that they took out my money and they never put it back. So now my bank is having 2 deal with this situation.then I called customer service and it's like they are reading off script. They repeat themselves over and over and are very rude plus they said they were gonna give me a 10 dollar gift card for the trouble they caused me. And they never did they lied.and when I went in the store it was the same experience all over again they told me to contact customer service! It was like a merry go round. I will never go 2 that store ever again I suggest everyone go somewhere else!

They are fully staffed and really good with people.they took a while finding my online order, other then that it was a good experience.

I've always loved this store. However, this time was different. A sales associate literally followed us, making it impossible to enjoy anything.

Great place for the younger generations clothes shopping. EXTREMELY helpful workers with great attitudes, willing to go our their way to give you a great shopping experience.

The store is always clean and neat and staff always acknowledges you upon arriving and leaving the store.
If you're looking for novelty items one of the best locations to do so.

Not every Hot Topic is the same. This one is fire. Not only does it cater to the numetal kids turned goth, elder emos and metalheads but the adult weebs too (and the kids!). The manager and long standing staff are boss. I always feel welcome. The selection of items are way better than all the other Hot Topics I go to. The music plays old school classics as well as new music. Its always clean even when there's a ton of people. A desert treasure

Too much anime, not enough body jewelry and the jewelry they had marked down wasn't even truly a sale price at $16. I'm disappointed in their selection of products. More than likely I will not shop there again.

This place is overrun with anime fans now i still enjoy all the band merch they have though

Was a nightmare they cancel my order 4 times, they give me wrong phone number wrong order number when I ask for supervisor the representative put me on hold for more then 15 minutes never got back to me and hung up, it was too much dealing with different people it looks like they did not knew what they were doing, at the point that they could not apply the rewards.

It's changed so much, so much Manga and anime.less of the dark, gothic, punk rock, metal stuff.

It's what you would expect when you're going into hot topic, staff are always friendly, I don't think the music has changed since the late '90s) then again I am in my 40s and all the music sounds the same to me. You could find what you want within reason)

Great place to take confused teenagers who are mad at the world. Lol jk my kids love this place I appreciate that no matter when we go they have some type of deal going on so I save.
