12Smaller than the Ontario Mills one but still has a bit of everything. For me location was a plus and not too busy. Shop online and pick up was great and they are friendly. I will be back.
I love hot topic. The only thing I don't really like is how theres really not alot of space, but one time I brought my brother whose disabled in a wheelchair and the employees offered to move around stuff to create space if we needed:) I thought that was very nice
Found some massive clearance deals and the staff was SUPER awesome at helping me find the perfect jewelry.
I used my hot cash to buy Mary Poppins socks which is awesome. I do wish they were the knee high length. I really like this brown dress which turned out to be star wars so I have may 4th in my head. They were really friendly and helpful.

I LOVE hot topic BUT they need to stock up their inventory with more guys clothes. Fashionable jeans and jackets is a must. And other accessories for men. The girls side is super full. With tons of options. The guys side has band ts and not much bands to choose from anymore. Please stock up he guys section!
Like everyone else is saying, generally cramped. Recently they haven't had much stuff I am interested in.
I took my granddaughter to Hot Topic. The store was having a T-shirt sale, which had a wide selection and the prices were reasonable.
This Hot Topic in particular is weird. The store is cramped and if it gets packed, it gets really hard to look around for stuff. Thankfully, the workers are pretty attentive and they're well stocked in a lot of the items.
Dis is where I get a lot of my ANIME shirts. They more that just anime but all I ever buy is anime so honestly idk.
People are friendly, but the store is super cramped and the clearance is just a dump box with no sorting and barely any tags. Definitely not the best hot topic.
